I binged on the chapters in one sitting, and got addicted - a soul that is marked with an unfortunate origin, living so many lives that ended like a Greek tragedy
The soul's strength impressed the gods that they took efforts to undo the curse that caused such tragic ends. It curse still remained.
Eventually the tragic soul's gods reached an agreement with gods of another universe to take souls as seeds for their reincarnation rebirths and hopefully the trip to a different universe with different rules would erase the the unfortunate soul's curse.
That's the premise of the beginning - the world building is fascinating, it reminded me of the moral/values of ancient Greek/Sparta but with a magical medieval twist of ancient France.
I am so excited and looking forward to reading out how the cursed child overcoming such fraught dangers and celebrating her successes.
like I mentioned before, I'm addicted.
