Description
In a universe where gods, demons, and celestial beings battle for supremacy, Tanya von Degurechaff reincarnated once more awakens in a mysterious village with only fragments of her former life. As she navigates this strange new world, she quickly realizes it operates on an entirely different power system: cultivation , where mastery of energy and the soul unlocks godlike abilities. Despite her young form, Tanya's sharp mind and relentless will make her an anomaly, allowing her to learn at a pace that defies logic.Guided by the enigmatic Midea , a cunning satyr with his own hidden agendas, Tanya must quickly grasp the art of cultivation if she is to survive. The world is teeming with warriors who wield energy to shatter mountains, battle monstrous beings, and defy reality itself. However, Tanya's thirst for power is driven not just by survival, but by a deep desire to never feel weak again. Her ultimate goal? Revenge on the godlike Being X, who toys with her in her previous life.
_________
All that said and done she is stuck with a bunch of wolf people. A demon with a slight stick up the butt. Vampyrs (know the difference) are attacking. There is no tech and resources are kinda short. And she has another egg just like hers nearby. But in such a situation you need a cheat right? Something to you special or unique or different. Well luckily for Tanya she has one. She ain't human, not only that she is extremely far removed from being human. Turns out you can thrive anywhere when you are carrying the blood of a legendary unrivaled cannibal. Although that may be the wrong term to use here. Her mom is more of a gourmet.

- vorlefanRoyal Road★★★★★ 5.0"Tanya von Degurechaff had a lot in her life; maybe this time she will meet even more things than ever."
Overall: It had a sense of cosmic horror that I wasn't expecting to have. And, in my opinion, this is a chef's kiss to read. That and the old elements that we know, like Hell and their characters, and so on, make the story blend well with the genres it proposes to be: Reincarnation and Xinxia. It has a salt of dark humor that I was particularly fond to read. And best of all, the world-building!
Style: My only negative point is the chapter length; it's really big, some of them having almost 20k words. However, it's great! The prose is cinematic, and we have an introspective lyricism to it. And my favorite parts are the internal monologues and the information about the cultivation, the cultures, and the world itself, albeit that too has some infodump that sometimes disrupts the immersion.
Grammar: It is largely polished. I didn't spot any major error, nor did it take me off reading. Good work, author.
Character: Here, together with the world-building, is where the novel shines. The main character has depth and soul; we know her, and we know what she wants and even what she needs. We understand the world from her perspective, together with the side characters. I'll read more because I'm really curious to see how she will fare in her new life.
Story: Again, I need to repeat. World-building. The cultivation part, the cosmic warfare, the tension between some side characters, and the interlude of scenes showcasing powerful beings. It blends well. And make the overlapping conflicts, the vampyr sieges, and the demonic politics seem alive.
If you're into a novel with lengthy chapters, good world-building, and a sense of adventure, I more than recommend it!
~ Keep up the good work! - ghastlyshadeRoyal Road★★★★★ 5.0The first chapter is very long but it was well written and I enjoyed it almost as much as some on rising stars.
It has quite an interesting world / universe and well put together words for the most part. I saw some things that could be improved on, such as a bit of grammar. - AmonxKleinRoyal Road★★★★★ 5.0As of now I have only read 5 chapters but the story has piqued my interest. Reading fanfiction of Tanya are always fun as Tanya is always a interesting character with very well defined flaws.
Now as she reborn(reimprinted?) in the world of cultivation with only a imp as guardian would be fun to read
Overall I would rate it 5 stars and will change the rating accordingly if story turns bad. - Nemo BlancRoyal Road★★★★★ 5.0Solaris: King of Dragons feels like someone took Tanya the Evil, Dragon Ball, and a cultivation novel, threw them into a blender, and hit “max power.”
The story kicks off with some serious existential dread, like, "death is an illusion and you're a memory trapped in the void" levels of dread. The tone is sharp, unrelenting, and honestly, kind of beautiful in its bleakness. The reincarnation isn't just a narrative gimmick; it’s metaphysical horror and identity crisis rolled into one. Tanya’s inner monologue hits hard, and if you've ever studied philosophy at 2AM while questioning reality, you’ll feel seen.
The other POV, Midea, a pride-drenched, foul-mouthed demon with serious “scumbag with a heart (maybe)” vibes, is a hilarious counterbalance. His sarcasm, ego, and survival instincts feel weirdly relatable, and the prose shifts just enough between him and Tanya to keep both voices distinct.
Plot-wise, the pacing is punchy. Things move fast. We get reincarnation, a multiverse-class war, reality-breaking magic, a demon babysitting dragon-egg-gods, and a weirdly well-written village of wolf people all within a few chapters. It's chaotic, but intentionally so, and it somehow lands.
Grammar-wise, it's mostly clean, with a few places where line breaks or punctuation could be tightened. But stylistically? It’s confident. The prose swings between lyrical and brutal, with just enough anime-like one-liners to keep it fun without dipping into cringe.
Overall? It’s ambitious, wild, occasionally overstuffed, but absolutely brimming with voice and originality. If you like your fantasy loud, layered, and just a little unhinged, this one’s worth the read. Can't wait to see where it goes.
Would 100% watch the anime. - SahqoreythRoyal Road★★★★★ 5.0The Seventh Surya is a pretty interesting story about a character who actually has a lot of pre-existing lore. This is her second time being reincarnated, and if you haven't seen the Saga of Tanya the Evil, it's a pretty interesting take on an isekai. If you can get past the MC being a nine year old blonde girl.
Style: I'm personally a fan of longer chapters. I know the TikTok generation wants short snippets that hook you every time, but there's something to be said about having some length folks. It's not a bad thing. All depends on how you use it. And Solaris uses it well, masterfully leaning into the reincarnation/Xianxia tropes with interesting twists that I'm looking forward to reading more of.
Story: So far, the story is pretty good. Much remains a mystery, and it could probably go a Bit faster, but I have a feeling (just from the chapter titles) that shit is going to kick off pretty quickly. There's solid short term and long term intrigue, which brings me to the next part of le review.
Characters: Definitely one of the strongest parts of this story, the characters are very solid, well-written, and true to their perspectives, of which we see several. My favorite so far has to be Midea. He carries (literally) the early chapters, and nothing could possibly go wrong from having a devil as a caretaker. Famously works out well for people.
Grammar: Aside from a few minor errors and repeated lines, the grammar is quite good, and said errors don't detract from the story.
Overall, I'd definitely recommend this if you enjoy interesting stories with Xianxia and Reincarnation themes. - Shenlen_the_GreatRoyal Road★★★★★ 5.0The seventh Surya is a story about a reincarnated war criminal and her cannibal sibling trying to survive on an alien world with their satanist uncle. No seriously though I am a reader from spacebattles and a friend of the author who made an account to support. The story to my knowledge was born there and i am caught up
This ithe story of Tanya von Degurechaff a character from a pretty popular anime reincarnated into a world of the authors own creation that s also xianxia in essence. She is reincarnated as a member of in the authors own words what is essentially a love letter to his younger self in terms of overpowered races. Now that may depreciate the story for some but as I've read the author focuses on the actual story and not just how cool his made up race is. Which they are pretty cool btw. From the first few chapters we get a set up for the first overarching arc with the Vampyrs acting as an external threat a time limit and an instroduction to the general cast and their relation to the politics of wolvenblade. we also get Midea who is the satanist goat uncle btw. He's smart, prideful, and capable but he still feels distinctly human. he's a stand out. That being said he also acts as a info dump machine as he's connected to the greater setting outside the little village the current story takes place in. The fights are amazing in my opinion I've enjoyed all of them so far in. There is the mystery of the Tyrannius race an why they are on the planet. Something has been hinted at in that regard later into the story. The past intersects with the present and we get flashbacks from Lervea which are relevant to worldbuilding and build on what i assume to be the greater plot of the story. Its cool man. The world feels sufficiently alien and so do our protags more Tarak then anything though.
Now the style is descriptive but their are overused words. I'm fond of the dialogue tagging but sometimes it can be over done like he says Midea tapped the table 10 times in one chap - JWoodrellRoyal Road★★★★★ 4.5Overall [4.5/5]:
Reading through these first few chapters was definitely an interesting ride. You've got a cool mix going on here, blending that familiar reincarnation feeling with demons, a seriously hostile alien world, and even a hint of those cultivation power systems. The core ideas, like Tanya finding herself in a completely new, bizarre situation and this demon imp, Midea, suddenly becoming a reluctant guardian on a deadly planet, really pull you in. The world itself feels pretty fleshed out already, with the descriptions of the weird creatures, the seven suns, and the whole demon hierarchy thing adding a lot of flavor right from the start.
The story jumps between Tanya's internal confusion and Midea's more action, oriented perspective, which keeps things moving. Tanya's thoughts feel pretty true to what you might expect, that cynical, analytical mind trying to make sense of utter chaos. Midea's viewpoint is a nice contrast, showing this mix of demonic pride, genuine fear of his boss, and a surprisingly practical approach to survival. When the action kicks in, like Midea fighting off those pangolin things or the sudden Vampyr attack, the descriptions get pretty vivid and add a good dose of excitement to the narrative.
While the story is engaging, there are a few bumps along the way. Sometimes the pacing feels a little jumpy, especially when Midea's sections pause for explanations about how demons or cultivation work, which can slow down the flow a bit. There are also some moments where the wording feels a bit awkward, and you notice typos or grammar hiccups here and there, things like odd punctuation or sentences that don't quite land smoothly. It doesn't break the story, but a bit more polish would make it an even better read. There are also a few questions lingering about how exactly Midea and the eggs got zapped to this planet, or the specifics of Tanya's soul situation, but maybe those are things that get explained later on.
Grammar [4/5]:
There are defin - WolfLunaRoyal Road★★★★★ 4.5Strong characters. Both Terra and Juraf are immediately compelling and distinct. Their voices and circumstances are vividly portrayed, drawing the reader into their respective struggles. Great world building. You've laid the groundwork for a fascinating world with hints of its social structures, power systems, and unique elements. Strong contrast. The juxtaposition of Terra's oppressive home life and Juraf's chaotic street life is a powerful narrative device. It immediately engages the reader and suggests that the story will explore different facets of this world and its inhabitants.
Suggestions:
Consider adding small, subtle details that might hint at a larger interconnected world or potential future interactions between the characters.
While Juraf's desire to join the army is stated, delving deeper into his motivations and the specific reasons behind his ambition could add more depth to his character.
Continue to weave in details about the history, culture, and power dynamics of this world organically through the characters' experiences and observations.
Please, divide your chapters into smaller bits like 2k words. Over 11k words a chapter had fried my brain… Enough joking around. Great story! I really enjoyed it. Though my brain has seen better days…
My brain: “Wax on.. wax off. Wax on… wax off.”
