The Reaper's Herald

When the Divine Monarchs disappear they leave their thrones unattended. Chaos will rise. War, pestilence, death, destruction, the foundation of order is shattered. From the depths of chaos, a new Monarch rises. With a sweep of his blade he takes life, with a flick of his wrist he grants it.
