It's such a sweet little tale. And written so well. The tone of the first person POV is perfect.
Ugh, and this review must be 50 words long. It's a 6 page short story! I can't write that much without spoiling it. Gah. Okay, we're playing the associations game until I hit 50. Robots. Unicorns. Horses. Tigers. Petunias. Americanos. Rosemary. Mediterranean. Samba. Snake. Snek.

Written from the perspective of a 9-year-old, this is wholesome and sweet in its own way. It is written like how a kid speaks, but that it is unrelatable in its prose or structure. Though I am not sure if the unique style or the authentic hallmarks of a child's diary entry will impress most readers. The story is one that is full of innocence and it is refreshing to find something not based in conflict and it is perhaps nice to see friendship that existed beyond words. It was a good read.
