Pokemon are not the focus here, it is instead our MC trying to get a girl and finds anyone actually interested in him as ugly. The blurb is accurate for the first part of this. The writing starts out as being rather poor and gets better further in, but cultivation themes take up a lot of the work. The MC is capable of being nice, though it comes originally from less-than-honorable reasons. It could use a lot of editing, and the comedy relies on cringy behavior and the characters and plot struggle with shallowness. Having that be the joke depends whether or not that this will be an enjoyable read for you.

The story description give no information about what the story is about, just a dude thirsty for pu*sy who wants to explore the world and find it. Because he is surrounded by "brutes".
Nvm that description this is the true description. Dude is reincarnated into the body of a "young master" of a sect- I mean, thief guild. Everyone is ugly, beyond ugly, they look like orcs. He wants pussy and only his new birth mother is beautiful in his eyes so... he masturbated endlessly since he could till he became 18 while thinking of her. He just wants to go find the pussy because everyone around him is ugly, so he does just that ignoring the fact everyone even his mother tells him about the outside being very dangerous. Mc has the IQ of a peanut.
Now, just before his 18 birthday the system woke up in him granting him the "pokemon system". He goes out, discover that everything that he thinks is cute and beautiful is actually disgusting or ugly by the norm of the people of this world.
He's beyond shameless and can't go one chapter without thinking about fucking. Hell, he sees a little homeless with rag clothing starving girl and the first thing that goes through his head is "oh she is cute... WHERE IS HER SISTER? MOTHER!? I MUST KNOW!" because if she is cute then her mother and sister must be 10/10...
Basically the plot of the Shield Hero's Lance hero alternate story in which the Lance hero is send to the past and now everyone looks like an orc but worse. It's all xianxia... young master this, sect- I mean guild this, 59 years old wanting to fuck x and being an ass about it till hero comes... it is a badly make system in a xianxia like world.
There is character progress around chapter 20 so... yay? Doesn't help that the conversations are incredibly short and very "cut-and paste". No interaction and side characters barely have more than one trait. Even the main companion. No one question stuff or talks with each other unless it is to advance the plot.
