- ThroanedKRoyal Road★★★★★ 4.5Ill start off by dropping my own honest opinion and critiqe of the beginning chapter of the novel. REMEMBER THAT THERE ARE CURRENTLY ONLY 4 CHAPTERS OUT AT THE TIME OF THIS REVIEW.
To start off, I wouldnt say im a particular fan of cultivation stories as of recent, though I did used to read them a lot back in the day. This put me straight back on to wanting to read more of these novels again.
STORY: Far too early in the story to drop a fair review on this to be honest but as of so far there has been no sight of character motives on any end of the spectrum from the main character and his family down to the
Fairy king and princess frey and freya. The weakened main character suddenly gaining a lucky boost in power at his usual spot randomly is also a little generic at the start but seeing as we are still early in story and certain plot devices might not have been revealed I think its safe to give the author some more time.
Finally, I dont really want to mention the ability system too much since its still early, but it feels limiting. As if I can already see a skill cieling and we are only four chapters in. Overall however, im Looking forward to seeing how the story takes off from here.
GRAMMER: even though there were some spelling or sentence structure errors in the novel, I have to say, the novels readability was almost perfect. With sentences and paragrapghs flowing nicely into one another. I didnt scrunch my nose a single time thinking to myself - whats this supposed to mean?
Characters: Another review thats hard to leave since its still early, but so far - I really like it. Freya probably being the most intriguing character to me, I found myself laughing or smiling more than once when she appeared. Levi, his parents and his brother who we all got introduced to, so far each also have thier own flaws and character quirks that bring them to life. Looking forward to seeing where you take them from here.
STYLE: The author chose a more narritive style and although it wo
