Atraeya is a newly awakened witch, living in a world full of fear and hatred for them and their powers. Kicked out of home by her own parents, she had nowhere to go but her grandfather's house. Though she desperately wishes to help her poor neighbors with her newfound magic, she must first learn how to use them lest she hurt those she cares most about.

Slowly written slow burn slice-of-life is a good change of pace from the action-heavy stuff that's on RR. I'm into the setting and want to explore Verdantvale, and I get wonderful Kiki's Delivery Service vibes, which is a plus. (I can hear the music as I read.)
