Description

War had already receded from all aspects of life. No chaos or conflict remained since then. From the birth of Aeon, the world entered a new era of peace and enlightenment. It was only in zones that conflict and cruelty of nature still thrived. Empires ushered in Aeon's place, territories waiting to be conquered through diplomacy rather than warfare. Instead of the sword, it was now spoken word to word, gestures that sought understanding, and treaties that bound ideas together.

The dream came true when the world of Ulythes learned about spirituality, a manifestation of will that supersedes the need for bloodshed. From this, anima acted as a spiritual spine that bridged the essence of countless souls together. Once the world knew of its secrets, artifacts, and tools were then made from this strange substance, and because such resources were easily accessible, the conflict ceased.

Cultures and disagreements used to be the source of conflict, but anima proved this concept wrong. It sought unity amidst the shifting balances that scaled the weight of ideologies. Thus, dogmas were strongly spoken, not as a tool of war, but as a force of will bound by anima.

"Bound by truth, bound by will. The fundamentalist principles."The mantra of the Anurands.

The zone? Countless research and mystery are still at odds of why such a dimension exists in the middle of Ulythes. If Aeon was merciful, why would he let a world so consumed by chaos exist? The keepers insisted that nature will always find its way to preserve its survival. We are born from nature, and so we are governed by it. Keepers thought that spirituality was just an invention, like all its tools. It replaces dullness with servitude, promising complacency, not courage.

Lust but not pride.

"What you resist not only persists but will grow in size."The mantra of the keepers. What to expect?

The synopsis is a merely an expression of a lie that I crafted to a world that is desperately trying to maintain a broker of peace. The world is tied by a rope, with each individual clinging to their own version of truth, their own interpretation of reality.

It's a full of twist and turns. The pacing is not slow or fast either. The characters are very unique.

The protagonist is inspired by the LOTR series Aragorn, but with a darker side.

I'm going to preface this by saying I'm not really the biggest fan of lit RPGs. But I  won't let my personal bias get in the way of the review. Just know I'm not really the target audience for this. Going to divide this into sections because that's how I like to review things lol
    Style
The author has a very distinct style which I think is for the most part pretty good. I do think there are a few instances where you over describe things and wind up getting lost in the weeds of descriptors. I think they call this purple prose but I'm not 100% sure on that. Sometimes we don't need to hear every single thing that's happening in a single moment. One other thing that I found to be very distracting while reading is the constant switching of point of view. There were instances in the story where it would be swapping from one person's POV in one paragraph to another's in the next constantly. There would be no distinguishing between the two and it would randomly swap. It took me a while to figure out that that was what was happening. If the author's open to recommendations, I would advise either sticking to one character per chapter or showing the chapter from each POV in order and dividing with something like ***. But beyond those few complaints, I think the style was really nice and lends the story a very distinct feeling while reading.
    Story
The story seems interesting so far. It's told in a very unique way which I like. At times it could be a little tricky to figure out what was happening but the more I read the more I got into the story. The world building seems very interesting and very thought out. There's a couple different magic systems here which I appreciate. They're also hints of even more that we  haven't seen yet. I always like multiple magic systems in one fantasy story. IE Brandon Sanderson novels or game of thrones. You don't usually see that in webnovels and especially not in lit RPGs. So props for that.

Readers are immersed in a world teeming with mystique and adventure. The author introduces us to the concept of zones, alternate realms with their own set of characteristics, blurring the lines between reality and the ethereal. As is common in this genre of writing, there's a lot of exposition and new terms to get used to, which can be difficult to grasp. But the characters are nuanced enough to keep your attention. The grammar and syntax aren't excellent, but good. The descriptions provided are great at painting each scene. You can definitely tell how much thought the author put into their writing!
