He does not seem strong, nor quick. His eyes do not show intelligence or wisdom. But something, some feeling says that this many is more than what he seems, much much more...just who is he?This man is Lionel...nobody special really...just a guy with a little bit missing from his brain...most probably. Or he's just one sane guy who does some crazy things...in The Game.-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------This will be updated here and there, but you can expect a chapter a week, depends on how uneventful life is.ALSO ALSO ALSO, i would reallllllly like a picture to go with this fiction....but i'm artistically disinclined when it comes to actually creating something so.....yeah. First or 0 chapter is superb beginning and I hope author keep giving us that level of quality story - AnubbiskRoyal Road★★★★★ 4.5This story is an amazing story and not popular enough for its lvl of quality
I love TrueNord's writing style because it feels like something fellow kin would write but still gives a sense of professionalism. And through that it allows me to connect to more than just the characters but the author... in a creepy way... it feels like he is human and not a snobby literature otaku.
The story is wonderful! While it does for a section of a chapter it falls into the grindy moments it quickly goes onto real story. For almost the entirety of the story there has been real plot development and there isn't a word wasted to further the story. The only reason i didn't give it a full score is because CLIFFHANGERS i know they are a handy tool in stories in general i still have a serious love hate relationship with them
There are really no grammar issues that i find utterly irksome, only ones that i recognize to be common mistakes anybody would make.
TrueNord's characters are genius and through the series and i just eat it all up. The only reason i didn't give the character rating a full 5 stars is because "It" is a very similar to a character in another story published on RRL it makes it so that i can't feel that "It" is a truly original idea belonging to TrueNord. - FieryblueRoyal Road★★★★ 3.5but little depth, there is virtually no knowledge about the world around the characters, about who the characters are, or really anything about our characters. While obviously intentional, I hoped that by chapter 18 we would at least know the Main Character’s name or his basic motivation at least other than (perhaps) immortality? I feel like I’m being guided through one long set up for an excellent story, but then there’s no story at the end of the tunnel.
Edit: I realize that the Main Character’s goal may be to get strong enough to meet the gods, but I still find the matter exceptionally vague. - jefferypendragonRoyal Road★★★★ 3.5Good, I like it and little confusing and I never quite liked the god like skipping from one point of view to another. It seemed like it lacked information for being a complete arc, and we know more about the side characters then the mc.
- KhressRoyal Road★★★ 2.5too many characters, the mc name is only ever brought up in the intro chapter. no time outside of the game. when the blood drinker went to get his curse removed the priest should have asked more questions as to how he got it, and should have known what is wrong with him way sooner before all the killing started.
the only progress the mc makes is that he heals faster. no character growth or anything like that - blessing313Royal Road★★ 1.5The style of the of the story is relatively bad. It feels as if it is jumping all over the place and has no single main storyline. It feels as if it has many side stories randomly thrown together. It is interesting as far as the prologue goes which i find entertaining. Beyond that the style just seems lacking and down right confusing at some points. The prologue also threw me off as it potrays the game as if it has game like mechanics but there is no such mechanic being used beside the prologue which makes it relatively useless and disappointing
The story concept has alot of potential but the way it is potrayed is lacking in the fact that it is just plain boring.
It has one of the most decent grammer i have seen so no complaints on it. Rating it 4.5 cause i cannot say my english is to the point i can rate any grammer 5
The main character has no depth at all. His name is only said during the prologue and he has no story about his real life unlike the side characters. This causes the side characters to have more depth than the main character.
