He used to work as a chief doctor in the Royal Hospital but he had enough of only helping upper middle classes and nobles,he was going to help the poor by opening a secret hospital but this hospital wasn't only going to be for medical care it was going to cover anything that a human needed and he was a kid of a rich noble he had the money for it and so he opened his secret hospital.
