- BelieveInMeRoyal Road★★★★★ 5.0This is by far one of the best fanfic, in fact one of the best novels I have ever read, I very much recommend, although at the beginning I was skeptic whether to read it or not cause I didn't know what rwby was, but the story introduced the characters and was very smooth, A wonderful job on this and would love to see more.. made an account just to specially write this review, truly a job well done
- Jeremy001Royal Road★★★★★ 5.0Genuinely good pacing with RWBY cannon events as well as events that the author made, making for a really good reading experience. Never felt rushed or too slow to me.
Honestly, this is one fan fiction I'd recommend to my friends.
As of right now, the latest update was 4 months ago, I just hope they pick it back up! - kaoRoyal Road★★★★★ 5.0Like the title says I've never seen RWBY but am a huge super fan of Smallville. Watched all the seasons of Smallville and even the weird crossover in WB Flash.
All the same, I enjoyed this crossover fanfic. The writer wrote enough details on RWBY world and characters that I could enjoy my immersion in it. There were really NO time I said to myself "what is going on in RWBY? who what where am i?" In fact a part of me is wondering if I should now check it out.
So the mesh of two realities was done well. Clark from Smallville was done well. Almost like I was rewatching another season of it! Thanks to the good writer!
So if you're a fan of Smallville and a Fan of RWBY I suspect you'll like this. But even if not, you will still find this a good entertaining story of a Stranger in a more Stranger Land. - Kimbrough7Royal Road★★ 2.0Stay away. The author made Clark an idiot for "plot". He's literally fighting monsters but won't kill. Grimm are obviously not sapient but he's holding off hope that they're secretly misunderstood after he's seen them kill people. Nope. Skip this and save your time.
The only reason I made it so far into the story was to give him a chance to change his mind but he didn't. He kept being an idiot.
Don't be an idiot like Clark. Don't read this. - The Captain of HellsingRoyal Road★★ 2.0So this fanfic was pretty good at the start but has drooped in quality dramaticly the main problem is that every single person that stands against the bad guys(Cinder) are idiots that can't plan, like The Phantom attacks secure locations yet these people never try to keep Clark around to guard them, for shit and that the bad guys keep getting away and never lose.
Overall this fanfic had its moments but now its just bad - EliasDTARoyal Road★★ 1.5I gave it one star for writing. I've never given a book a review but I had to do this cause this book just didn't sit right with me. From the very first chapter I had to stop myself from questioning what I was reading. The storyline is good and already obvious, the writing is fine. But my problem came from the Author butchering Clark Kent. It was so weird that I had to make sure a lot of times that the character i was reading about was actually Superman.
