Description
In the God Domain, Cultivators were few and far between, but each of them wielded power that would make them known as gods.
How did they come to have such power? They comprehended the laws between heaven and earth and became those very laws.
But something occurred, a youth that hadn’t gained the acknowledgment of the heavens to become a cultivator chance upon Qi. Determined to reverse the bad hand faith had dealt him, he researched it and came to a shocking conclusion. The very laws that the heavens prevented him from comprehending were swirling around in this strange energy!
The youth thought to himself that if he could somehow control it, then he could defy the heavens and become a cultivator. Without any hesitation, he began researching more and found out that the only way to control this newfound energy was to absorb it within his body.
After many years of preparations, he did exactly that.
However, he promptly died from the finger size strand he absorbed.
Ten years after his death a cultivator found his research journal and decided to further study this fascinating idea.
Skip forward to an unknown period in the future and a baby was born into a powerful royal family as the second prince. Upon his birth, this child had the laws of heaven and earth swirling around him. This immediately sent the royal court into a stir as they thought the heavens themselves had blessed the Emperor’s second son.
But as that was happening, the baby that had just been born saw the midwife use a spell to turn Qi into water to clean him.
Upon seeing this, the baby’s eyes widen into saucers as a voice screamed hysterically in his head, “W-WHO THE F*CK STOLE MY IDEA?!”

What to expect:
1. Characters that genuinely feel like real people that you will come to love or hate, with progressive character developments.
2. A unique premise built on a common troupe that's different from the formula-type cultivation novels. Meaning no face-slapping, no 'I can't see mount tai young masters', and no 'I'm gonna achieve my goal... but let me finish this side quest first.' Ugh, I hate those...
3. Sparing but intense climatic Action, along with a lot of Suspense and Mystery. And I mean lots.
4. Finally, steady daily uploads.

- Moon_WinchesterRoyal Road★★★★★ 5.0I have been following this story for a while now, and it's great. A unique persepctive on the cultivaiton genre done in a nice way. While there a a couple of cliches here and there, the overall story is great. I highly recommend reading this story. The world building in my opinion is very nice. While the character creation is great. Every character has depth to them as well as the occasional chapter dedicated to them. Even though this story follows the perspective of Li Shen it really feels like we are experiencing everything this world has to offer.
I don't really know what else to write because this review needs to be two hundred words, so I'm just going to prolong this ending note for as long as possible until I reach two hundred words. OMG how is this not two hundred yet, I feel my brain melting. I need to get back to doing work and dealing with super bowl betting. Plz just be two hundred by now. WHY IS THIS NOT TWO HUNDRED WORDS!! OKAY HERE WE GO. The grammer of this story is both good and bad, I say this because this world is along the trope of chinese cultivation novels so it obviously has the exaggerated explinations. Though the author does use them expertly allow them to not feel too annoying. Other then that I really like this story. - shadowedjorgeRoyal Road★★★★ 4.0A solid go at a classic junk food xianxia with an increased look at politics and relations between people that helps it distinguish itself. The MC's golden finger is self created which is always a plus in my book. This story tends to follow the tropes it's genre but does it well enough not to feel too tired. It addresses some of the technicality of cultivation without bogging down the story which I appreciate. However I feel a bit distant from the characters so they feel a bit two dimensional but there is still time for them to come to life. Finally the MC is not randomly reincarnated from earth for no real reason but is from a primordial era where modern Qi based cultivation has not yet been invented and gods still roamed the skies.
