The First Perspective

Description
I’m Eren—or at least, I used to be. Now, I’m Aren. Death came for me in a way too strange to explain, yet here I stand again. Why? To find purpose in a world that’s ruthless, where survival demands more than strength—it demands the mind of a predator.
Every step I take is precise, every move cloaked in shadows, because power isn’t given, it’s taken. I don’t care about what others think. Their judgments are noise—weakness dressed as opinion. I am cunning, ruthless, and unyielding. I blend into the background like a ghost, watching, calculating. Emotions? I buried them long ago. Logic and resolve are my weapons.
I’m here to ascend, and nothing—no one—will stand in my way. If you dare block my path, you won’t find me—I’ll leave only a ghost behind, a smudge in your memory that warns you of what came and disappeared without a trace. There’s no room for mercy in this climb, only cold ambition and unbreakable will.

- MaskedOneNullRoyal Road★★★★★ 4.5Well, to start off with. You've clearly outlined what this story will be. The overlord reincarnated; a chance to begin anew. Whilst you've picked an very common trope; you've given him enough voice to stand away from the crowd I feel. If you keep working on differentiating him from the pack, you've found yourself a good protagonist.
Already you've got some heavy tension going particularly when his sister is captured. If that chapter was left on a three day cliffhanger I wouldn't be able to sleep until I found out what happened next. So the next chapter when it is resolved without so much conflict, for future maybe make it worth a couple of chapters worth of build up. Rather than waiting 500 words for the outcome.
Your writing style is punchy and straight to the point. Which is exactly what you should go for. The one thing I recommend that you work on; the age old problem of show vs tell. Even I'm guilty of this especially during my early chapters. Try and weave the details of your world within your writing. Such as the ones who captured his sister. Already that tells me the Wolfheart family has enemies. Then you expand on it with the Baron name drop.
Lastly, keep working on grammar. Even I struggle with it sometimes. Keeping the POV just first-person. Being careful not to shift perspectives to wildly. And maybe some beefing up of some sentences to provide extra details or even lore building.
Overall, looking forward to seeing where this goes. - CharetteRoyal Road★★★★ 3.5The current narrative structure presents a fragmented overview, synthesizing concepts from various sources without fully developing them.
Specifically, the protagonist's combat training, including the acquisition of magical abilities and spellcasting techniques, requires more detailed elaboration.
While the core narrative concept is sound, the execution currently lacks depth, resembling a summary rather than a fully realized story.
A more immersive approach to storytelling is recommended, and the excessive use of complex vocabulary and emotionally charged language should be minimized. The strategic repetition of key phrases has proven beneficial and should be maintained.
