The Final Boss is a class clown

Description
Arturo knew what it was like to be the butt of jokes, now it's time for others to learn to fear him.
Arturo is a high school student so overweight that the nickname "bowling ball" given to him by his peers fits like a glove. He doesn't score high in school, has never had girlfriends, and has no friends, and perhaps, he never will. He takes refuge in video games, where he spends most of his time, using the joystick as his only form of physical activity.
One day, targeted by Geronimo, the most feared bully at school, Arturo becomes the victim of a cruel prank that leads him towards an untimely death. However, fate has something very different in store for him. At the same moment, in a parallel world, a summoner makes a mistake in a spell, summoning Arturo, reincarnating him in the body of the King of Demons.
Now that Arturo has become the Final Boss, following the patterns of an RPG, he must level up to the maximum to destroy the realm of humans. However, an unexpected surprise slows him down: Geronimo is also summoned, but as the Hero of Light.
Will he be able to maintain control of his realm and not fall back into Geronimo's clutches, or is he destined to repeat the cycle of oppression and victimization?

- MisterE005Royal Road★★★★ 4.0The story's summary didn't strike me much, especially since it mainly featured the MC being bullied, which is rather cliche. I didn't expect much from this story as a result, though I stood corrected when I beamed through the first few chapters which featured well thought-out grammar, with paragraphs that were easy to read and follow along. This is very rare amongst new stories, so the author got that going for him.
As for the story itself, it was refreshing to see latino names and or characters in a story, if I'm not wrong? That's definitely unusal amongst stories, but very interesting to read nonetheless. The story is a bit of a slow burn, though, so it takes a while to read through parts that promise some thrill, which can be daunting. The author may be able to fix that aforementioned problem eventually, but that isn't for me to decide, but as for recommending it, I definitely do recommend it! - Mani FisherRoyal Road★★★ 3.0Overall, I started this review because I thought "class clown" was referring to a class funny man being reincarnated. I think something got lost in translation. Poor style, story was OK, grammar good, and the character was relatively bland. Had to quit the 25k review early due to sexual content.
Style: By far the worst aspect, this was lacking a lot of scene-setting imagery and narrative voice. The author was going for an "Overlord" style of humor a lot. And, although I appreciate his commitment to making demons evil, I feel like his style didn't carry it like he needed it to. A lot of moments are just graphic with little response from the character, leaving me just grossed out a lot.
Story: I actually kind of like it. It would have served better with a more lively character, but the overall "in over his head" is entertaining. I liked a bunch of the large plot elements and world-building.
Grammar: Pretty good for understandability. It could use a bit of restructuring, but that falls under style. Overall, good grammar.
Character: Honestly, I'm a bit biased for this one. I was really looking forward to what I understood a "class clown" to be. Arturo is a relatively bland character that would be perfectly serviceable in something other than an "edgy comedy". The world was dialed up but the main character lost a lot of spark after the first few chapters. Too passive. I did like his pet though.
Conclusion: Read if you want an under-leveled Overlord story with not-so-great writing voice.
