  This story makes no real sense unfortunately, even in a fantasy where suspension of disbelief can allow for great leeway. The intrusion of modern world elements into this and yet the need to highlight clothing of the modern era is also a bit odd, on a mouse. Unless this is a very very tiny dragon then how would a mouse pose a threat? What even happens when the dragon breathes fire? The action is not very good and it comes down to a blatant deus ex machina given even minimal understanding of dragons in fantasy. Might as well have been a feather.
