Then came the apocalypse.

Earth and Maaya collide, merging into something beyond either world. At the heart of it all stands Aryan, a man shaped by both realities, burdened by both identities.

As chaos consumes the known and unknown, Aryan must choose:The world he left behind...Or the world he was reborn to protect.

The story starts off at a slower pace, taking its time to build the world and introduce the characters, especially Aidan. I knew that it was taking his time so I kept my patience and—wow it was awarded, after around chapter 25, it completely transforms. The pacing picks up, the tension skyrockets, and the emotional depth really kicks in.
What truly hooked me is how the tone shifted without feeling forced. It feels like the calm before a storm finally breaks—and now we’re heading into something huge.
The repeated mentions of the Dark Forest have built up a lot of mystery, and now that Aidan is finally heading there, I can’t wait to see what happens. It feels like everything so far has just been preparing us for this moment. The atmosphere is tense, the stakes are rising, and the foreshadowing has been top-notch.
If you’re into stories that evolve over time and reward your patience with intensity and depth, this is definitely one to follow. Looking forward to what comes next.
I am quite surprise that it doesn't have more reviews until now even with this many chapters.
Guys, seriously—just give it a short try. Stick with it through the early chapters and I promise you won’t be disappointed. Totally worth it.
