After the many failures of what the Gods believed to be a promising project in the field of sentient life, it was mutually decided to simply start anew. With the assistance of two new gods, the brothers of Light and Darkness create a world with many similarities to the last, though with a more… hands-on, method of intervening in the growth of life.

In RWBY: Resurrect, the world of the Remnant is reinterpreted in a new light with the same cast as before, as well as many additions, all facing a new world of growth and conflict. Yet despite their strength, despite their sacrifices to have the world that they have today, an ancient evil still lingers beneath the very surface, waiting for the right opportunity to strike.

Experience this new world through the eyes of Ruby Rose, a young, upcoming huntress prodigy seeking to use her skills to protect her people. She and the friends she makes during her training all fight and grow alongside one another, finding light in their world built upon darkness.
