Another wild ride from Eli Freysson! This person has become one of my favorite authors. I can't believe his stories are free, they're just so well written! Watch the bad guys behind the scenes, while they try to thwart the hero. It's hilarious! I haven't seen anything else written which both shows the villain as the main character and where the villain's goals are actuality unsuccessful. Eli does a fantastic job of presenting the story from a frustrated villain's point of view. Great, fun read that you won't wanna put down!

If you've ever wondered what it would be like for some criminal grunts to make things personal with a professional, then this is a story for you.  This short novel/novella has a brisk pace and plenty of action.  But it's light.  It's very light on the sci-fi and comedy, and on any worldbuilding in general.  I think it is set in the same universe as Flights of the Addax, but the universe isn't developed enough to make a conclusion.  It's a fine crime novel (from the crook's perspective) but I would have liked a bit more.
