I binged all in one chapters in one sitting. Author, I love what you have done with the setting of the story. The way you write combat scenes and the plot is so easy-to-visualize in my head, and it makes me more immersed in the story. I'm sad more people haven't picked this up. There are truly some hidden gems on this website, and I can personally say this is one of them. It's quickly rising to be one of my favorite novels i've read recently.
Can't wait to read what further developments happen!!
Oh, you want me to reach a 200 wird count? Wait, how many words? 200 was it? Sure no problem.
Nah, very big problem I don't want to have to write 200 words for a review. My teachers in school praised me for writing very concise essays, so having a 200 word minimum limit just to simply write a review is quite taxing on my mind, moreso that it is almost midnight. As for the elevator pitch:
If you know anything about scp lore it would be like as if the GOC got the resources of the foundation and was tasked with defeating an xk-class end of the world scenario.
For those of you not in the know, imagine a futuristic but still very grounded global military superpower unbelieving in concepts such as: ‘excessive force’ or ‘the Geneva convention’, out to destroy all ‘anomalies’ which stubbornly refuse to obey the laws of physics.
    Story 4.5/5:
While not that much has been revealed yet I have been beyond amazed at what an author whom doesn’t seem to have any prior fictions even has managed to put together here. The plot is always developing and in a good way too. There are no real exposition dumps, half the scenes even managed to be firefights or combat engagements in which the author is subtly showing us the details of an unfolding situation. I only hesitate to give 5 stars because no story is perfect and there are several mysteries the author is cooking which unless they turn out well could spoil the narrative (I’ve got my fingers crossed though).
    Style 5/5:
The style of this story is most certainly it’s best element, from the military terms and tech it seems likely to me that the author is ex-military and it shows. The firefights both small and enormous are incredibly well written, radio comms and tactics/operations are realistic, and while the futuristic tech may seem over the top, it only seems as such until we encounter what it was designed to fight. Additionally you may scoff upon seeing the first megastructures, I encourage you to not be dissuaded, no spoilers but they seem to have them despite their silliness for a reason.
    Characters 5/5:
Due to plot reasons some characters seemed quite strange initially, however the story is quick to address
