Tango 'Til They're Sore

Description
Chief Engineer Marcus Donnelly has to wrestle with the morality of doing good deeds while working for some pretty horrible people. He also somehow has to deal with the crazy biotic criminal who's taken up residence in Engineering below him. Rated M for oh so much language (because this is Jack we're talking about) and for explicit sexy times and bloody violence later on.
Additional Author's Note: This was written a long time ago, and thus I would ask of ye to give this poor sinner a fair shake of his hand.

- AquaosRoyal Road★★★★★ 5.0I'm usually not into fan-fiction, but damn was this one a blast ! Not only is it a great sci-fi story on its own, its also an excellent Mass Effect story (although i may be biased by the fact that i finished ME2 less than a week before reading this). I strongly recommand reading this if you haven't already, even if you may need to know a bit of Mass Effect lore to understand everything. As a sci-fi enjoyer and a ME fan, i say that 5 star is barely enough for this excellent story !
- HisperiaRoyal Road★★★★★ 5.0Deserves the 5 stars, there's some good stuff out there if you know how to find it. But picking this one up was like reading one of the classics for the first time. No complaints about finding this gem highly recommended, has a dark side, a bit of spice & doesn't overdue it on the heroics. A well balanced piece, yup. Worth giving this oldie but goodie a read.
- HowIsTheSunRoyal Road★★★★★ 5.0I've never read much scifi, the genre just never clicked to me. the title is what got me in.
No abuse of tech mumbo-jumbo, no 3 chapters of exposition to niche alien race or tech that will become irrelevant as the story goes on.
You have here a well fleshed and flowing story about a ragtags group of misfit saving the galaxy. You get to know each character along with the world they interact with throughout the entire story.
A word used to describe a scifi thing will be explained by matching differents conversations. Not as clue to look for, but as a world unfurling before you.
The romance is cute and well done, imma look for other fictions of the author !! - worryinglyIntoIsekaiRoyal Road★★★★★ 5.0This was such a pleasure. Mass Effect is one of my favorite science fiction series. I really enjoyed the original book. The games were fantastic, though honestly I feel like the writing dropped off after the first game when the original author was given the boot, but this story sort of corrected the second game for me. There were so many sort of bullshit little character arcs in that second game, and I feel like this story unified them in a way that you can't in the video game genre because you have to put the main character at the center of the story, the playable character. By having the engineer as the main storyteller, it gave us a perspective to enjoy the other characters that we missed from the games. This was just such a pleasure. Thank you so much. And if you like Mass Effect, do yourself a favor and give this a read.
- Ombre37Royal Road★★★★★ 4.5There are some fanfic who are wish fulfillment and tend to be gross. There are who seem to spit one the verse itself and lack of respect. Some other just go for the "if" path of parallel plot story.
This one have none of the above. Well, a little of the latter, trying to be logical and grounded in a game world, and so doing what she can.
It's good.
It's very good and makes you feel the love of the Mass Effect Universe, and give you a itch to start a new playtrough.
So thanks you and great work for the author. Realy, read it.
