- AEM9PhaseRoyal Road★★★★★ 5.0I decided to take the time to add a review of what I think so far of this fic. It's amazingly cute, has interesting worldbuilding and a likable main character, solidly building up the world with each chapter, and I'm interested in seeing where it goes from here on out.
- AqualoonRoyal Road★★★★★ 5.0This is exactly what I have been searching for - a female MC LitRPG with a female love interest. I'm a fan of LitRPGs but so far have only found male MCs with female or male interests or female MCs with a male love interest.
I'm only a few chapters in so far but I haven't been able to put it down. - Arbalest12Royal Road★★★★★ 5.0If you're a fan of elves, long stories, vague plans by goddesses, slow revenge, magic, lesbian romance, and transformation then this story is for you. If you're not a fan of the MC turning into something else this isn't for you.
This series is well written with a clear plot with endearing characters that have depth. I highly recommend you read it. - VytmuirRoyal Road★★★★★ 5.0I have loved reading this series, it has an interesting plot working in the background, it has an enjoyable system, i adore our protagonists, the story is progressing at a very comfortable pace. I love this series. please do yourself a favor and read this!
I need 50 words apparently, so, uh, i guess the only criticism i have so far, is that when binging this series, you might notice that a good chunk of the protag's interactions will be described with the word cuddling, this is a completely ridiculous note on my part, but it stood out as a little bit repetitive to me.
I am aware its a bit silly of me to catch onto this, but i guess if this is the only complaint i have after 8 arcs or so, then this series is doing something right.
Anywho, I love this series, please read it, i am sure you will love it too. - myainselRoyal Road★★★★★ 5.0An awesome story of cute characters, interesting worldbuilding, and an OP but not unbeatable protagonist. I binged the whole thing in two days and got very sad when I had to actually wait for the release schedule. So many tantalizing mysteries, I can't wait to read the rest of it.
- Aki-chiRoyal Road★★★★★ 4.5I would recomend this novel, if only as a light read.
While this is indeed a good, fast paced litrpg with both adventure and worldbuilding done well, hints and foreshadowing leading to developments later while still not lossing itself in the world it seems to wish to form for it's narative, one would think that instead it is some amateurish wish fullfilment with not much thought if they judged the whole thing by only the first arc.
Despite getting the job done and introducing most of the relevant facts organically, with some exceptions over the system governing the world which are revealed as they become relevant to the protagonist or story, i found myself stumbling over several parts that seemed rather rushed and unproperly dismissed, potential squandered from the narrative's whole due to some problems of the author and their own wish to get on to other parts of their rewriting, now focusing more on progressing the story. And indeed, she's only gotten better as the story build pace, her stile more well suited for the arcs to come rather than what she attempted to make in this first one.
On to other matters, it is worth it to say that the MC is no number's bitch, not completely entrentched on the rising attributes and skills, but rather ussing strategy and the fundamentals behind the actual magic. On the flip side, this means she is also not the most effective at abussing her goddess given cheats, which might rankle a bit, but is never overtly prejudicial to the point of making one question her inteligence and the use of her mental skills.
Speaking of cheats though, it never particularly feels like the MC is overly benefited by it to the point of ruining pacing or even suddenly obtaining the ability to fight a god or some such so far, her personality and the realities of her goals rather more focused on her girlfriend an living, with a rather obvious build up to her mastering whatever benefit she 'cheated' into with her magic at the least, potential for more clearly - Morgana Le FayRoyal Road★★★★★ 4.5The story was quite confusing at first, especially when the system was introduced abruptly without any preliminary explanations whatever. However, it did pick up after a few chapters.
If you read it closely and has a love for litrpg crunch then it won't even be a problem figuring things out. Basically, the story is heavy on litrpg (I suggest not reading this one if you're not into that). Though the title literally said it already so don't go complaining. It's a heavy fast-paced litrpg that doesn't lack in the story or characters (Again, just fast-paced).
Now for the issues, I supposed the only big one is the conversion for essence and stats. Like damn, her skill is pretty broken. She can literally hunt monsters and pump all of them to her stats to push it through the thousands. The skills too, pushing it to rank 9 seems pretty easy.
I suggest having the good old higher cost for higher ranks. Meaning stat points and skills would get harder to raise. In addition, capping is also a good idea. Like you can only have a total amount of 2000 stats for level 200z for example. For skills, capping them with classes will be good. Something like needing to advance classes before being able to upgrade it more.
Things like that would make her overpowered for her level but still not broken enough to casually fight a god (it's a hyperbole, I know). Suffice to say, it'll be like Ilea Spears vibe. I love azarinth healer, it was damn good while it lasted.
Anyway, I have a lot of expectations for this story. You should slow down soon too (maybe when reaching level 200) to give way to world building and plot development. - MaimakteriAnnRoyal Road★★★★ 4.0Excellent story. It's unusual to find a litrpg that bothers to make the system meaningfully shape the cultures that live in it, but every culture we see (except one draconic culture we don't get a look at except as antagonists) is shaped by how they capitalise on the system.
The romance and travel are fun, the characters are great and lovable, and quite complex as people.
The big downside is that twice there are long digressions into pointless detail about how specifically the characters grind for a story significant level up. Either of those multi chapter slogs could have been a single scene. - All in VaneRoyal Road★★★★ 4.0This is a good story with one central flaw - author impatience.
In my opinion, there are 5 elements to this story.
Worldbuilding, Reincarnation/Transmigration, Lesbian romance, overarching plot and Power gain. Worldbuilding and plot are fine, but the other 3 are rushed too much. The cheat ability the mc gains is too overpowered. The maths are a bit complicated, but she basically can buy skills at 25% cheaper and gets between 2-3 times the “skill points” other people get from leveling. On top of this already extremely strong ability she also gets “skill points” from killing even low level monsters and has a tendency to stumble upon secret caches of insanely good equipment. Basically with decent min-maxing and half a year of grinding she could become the strongest person in the world. I would prefer her to start with a few abilities she has to use in creative ways, than the monstrous amount she has after only a week of adventures. At the moment her power gain is just too unearned, especially for someone who has trained mostly as a healer not a fighter.
I would also like her transmigration soul merge to have more of an impact, both on the way she uses her abilities and on her emotions. Otherwise that aspect should just be cut entirely. Other than that, the romance could move a bit slower and the author should give us more insight into what they are feeling.
That’s a lot of criticism for a 4 star review, but I really think that with some tweaks this story could be absolutely great. I think the idea of a society inside a dungeon is fresh and fascinating, the grammar and spelling is almost flawless and the general concept is intriguing. And of course I love lesbian romances in fantasy settings.
It just needs more focus on characters and a less insane power curve and it could be one of my favorites on this site. - ValaRoyal Road★★★★ 4.0I found this to be a refreshing read, not based on the storyline but the characters themselves. The storyline is great but what I find refreshing is the lack of MC plot armour and relationship cluelessness. The system is also well balanced and logical. The MC feels like a real person and has a logical reasoning process, understands what common sense is and able to work consistently towards her goals.
