    🌟 Overall Score
The story is crafted well, with the character Jordan seeking revenge for his family, only to have his fate take a dark turn. If you need trade for all characters, I advice to read it. The story finds the lone winner. Like as everyone held the Tower Card on Tarot.
    ✨Style Score
For me, it’s really easy to read. However, at times, the lore diverts from the main plot, causing some confusion and misunderstandings. But as the chapters progress, my mind becomes more aware of it.
    🎥 Story Score
Initially, I was confused when reading the prologue chapter, feeling distant and struggling to connect with the characters. But the real show starts in chapter one, where Jordan unveils the story and the narrative unfolds with intensity, building up to a shocking twist. The story takes a magical turn.
    📝 Grammar Score
As a non-native English writer, I can’t provide an exact correct of grammar accuracy. However, I can share my experience while reading. Overall, it flowed well and smoothly, like sliding on a runway. Occasionally, I noticed you forget to put a space after a period, but that’s about it.
    💃 Character Score
The characters have their own charm. They all seem to have hidden agendas, like they’re playing a werewolf game. Everyone wants something, but some descriptions are lacking. It’s fine when it comes to Jordan, as we get a deep insight into his mind.
However, the side characters could benefit from more development. I suggest using describe words more or using Jordan’s thoughts to sarcastically describe their appearances. For example, “Father, I’ve told him countless times not to drink too much alcohol. Now he’s like a chestnut clinging to a pine tree.”
Thank you for you writing. 🔥 Let’s fire burning in your heart Explosion!

The plot is interesting and the characters are equally intriguing, never a dull moment. The MC Jordan is quite likeable and enjoy his internal dialogues. The story does needs a bit more polishing. The grammar is good just a few missed commas and full stops. It can be confusing to read at times with the flow of each paragraphs.
I would definitely recommend anyone to give this a read as the plot is really good and overall story has good potential.

    Overall
There is an abundance of sword-wielding, half-caster progression fantasy stories, but here is one that seems to promise what many want: a real wizard. The story focuses on a teenage boy, unemployed and quite down on his luck, in the late 19th century in a fictional world. He gets sucked into something way over his head and is forced to make a choice: death or knowledge. Tales of Magic begins with the foundations and aspirations of much progression fantasy, flavored with a historical touch, and though heavy with internal dialogue, may meet the desires of many readers of the genre.
    Story
I enjoy the secondary-world historical setting for the story, which makes it stand out in a swath of general medieval fantasy and modern settings. I would like to see a bit more historical detail and accuracy to develop the immersion of the setting, but that is an aside and a preference from a historical fiction and history reader. We are brought in with an intriguing prologue that introduces some foundational elements--or hints at elements--of the world and magic system, which is a good setup. The next few chapters are dedicated to setting up Jordan, the inciting event, and his ascension of sorts via access to magic. The structure is clear, unambiguous, dotted with interesting hints of intrigue and complications. Its weakness may be a lack of real development of characters and establishment of stakes to make certain early plot points hit the reader.
    Style
There is minimal description throughout, with prose focusing on moving to the next plot point or character thought--this may not be an issue for some, but do be aware. Another large factor to be aware of is the heavy use of internal dialogue throughout, rivaling actual dialogue in relative presence. This may be a turn-off for some, so it hinders the style score. I do really like the intro quotes included for each chapter as it establishes some cool flavor and lore for the world, while giving the reader something extra to loo
