- QuadrumRoyal Road★★★ 3.0While the idea of the MC being a system isn't new, this story brings a new perspective to the whole thing.
Why would a system have to choose the best possible outcome, why can it not do so randomly?
While all this is good and all, there is one big issue currently still present in every chapter: Style!
What do I mean with that? Well, that is simple to explain.
No quotation mark are present anywhere, making it impossible to discern when someone is talking, when their sentence is complete, and when the other person in the room begins speaking. It is not possible to see who speaks first, only possible with the context. When does the narrator stop, and speech begin? It is hard to say.
Huge paragraphs filling up the entire screen. This happens irregularly, with some parts of a chapter actually being nicely formatted, but sometimes the author just seems to... forget this? This makes it hard to read.
Grammar is solid, I have not noticed any huge issues with that yet
Characters have different personalities, but seem a bit one-dimensional. This could be a side effect of missing quotation marks, though.
All in all, a good concept and execution, but with some huge design flaws making reading unnecessarily hard. 3/5 stars.
