This is a lightning fast fiction that's well suited to the readers here at RR. The progression of the main character's ability from chapter 1 to chapter 2 is insane, but the OP nature is justified because he cannot control his talent.
There's a lot of anime inspired tropes, particularly when it comes to the abilities in terms of what they do and how they manifest, whose influences is largely supported by the visuals provided in the chapters.
As for story we have everything including the kitchen sink thrown in here. Orphaned children on the run from cops, secret government organization recruitinggifted children to fight super elite baddies, super secret hidden life of a long lost father, and multple underground organizations who seem to want to recruit at least one of the siblings.
Just when you think you have a grasp on things, the author goes and throws another trope into the mix. If the reader doesn't like the initial dramatic tension, just wait a couple of chapters, the author is sure to have thrown in something you like by then.
Because the author mentioned being open to constructive feedback I'll say this and hopefully, it's taken with the heart and mind of someone who wants to get better at their craft: The story's great ideas and what could be great dramatic tension suffers from the exposition heavy narrative - where's we're told specifically what a character feels or is thinking, instead of showing us. We're told their harnessing their chi, but what does that feel like? We don't get much in terms of location discription, so when they eventually end up at the Gates of Hades, I'm caught be surprise later when I find out they're in a cave. That said, right now - it's more important to finish the story. If by the end of the project the author decides they want to breathe new life into the project, then it's well worth doing. They have something with some genuine potential here.

If you're looking for something fast paced, and presented in a text based style that conjures up images of a manga or anime featuring characters with unique abilities, you may want to give this a try. The author brings in interesting concepts, tying them into mythology, with an overlay of 'family values', and illustrations at the end of chapters. There's also a diverse cast of character introduced even though this review is only up to Chapter 8.
