Description

Who doesn’t like fantasy? Worlds full of interesting and new things that baffle the mind of anyone. Races like elves, dwarfs, and beast peoples, roaming the land, in search of different things that might be banal from them but incredible for others. And if you are someone who comes from an otherworld you will certainly receive a great power, rare equipment, trustworthy companions or even a harem, while you are tasked to fight the Demon Lord and his army made of monsters, for peace and glory.

But have you ever asked this question: What is like to be on the other side?

Follow the story of Steven Torres, who was abducted from his world with his classmates only to be thrown away into a chaotic world as the most hated race.

While the hero’s job is to fight for justice, his at least a lot simpler. To survive, another day.

I went into this story, expecting almost nothing. Well, I guess that isn't exactly true. I came at it with the thought that it might be one of those stories you see on this website, where a person gets put into a monster's body and can evolve to do various tasks that only the character cares about. In a sense, that is what we're getting, however, there's a bit more here. There's a lot of cliches that are mostly, and almost immediately broken.
Some of them get included for only a specific chapter and they go by so fast that you're not sure if what you saw was real or not. And that's the entire story. You read through it, parts of it you like, others you might not, but in the end when you get to the last chapter, you realize that what you might've read couldn't have possibly existed. This story is an enigma that perplexes me to no end. In a good way, of ourse. Otherwise, I wouldn't have given this story a five-star review.
I will state this though. The first 20 chapters, no matter what happens, don't treat it like a normal story. Read it throroughly. Sure, the system that the author is using is kind of weird in the beginning, but I believe there's a reason it's like that, as later on things get a bit...funky. To say it better, you expect the story to end up somewhat like Re:Monster, but it changes tones so fast you're not too sure that's what it was set up for all along.

I loved reading the first 10 chapters of Summoning Went Wrong. Though the author's integration of the system needs a little work, I see potential in this story to become as incredible as The Legend of Randidly Ghosthound if the author improves the system. Overall it has a great start and the ability to grow into a masterpiece.
