- HabingerOfBadDecisionsRoyal Road★★★★★ 5.0An Ace-Combat-continent-wide-Isekai fanfiction might seem crazy at first, but hear me out. I ain't gonna hold you the author has got this on lockdown. While the updates may seem abysmal at best, this dude is pumping out egregious amounts of words. When your expecting a big Mac this guy gives you a jet sized burger blessed with Gordon Ramsay's blood sweat and tears and tells you to make room for desert. And I ain't even get into the story yet. I don't know jack about Ace Combat. I know the premises, and style. I played the first few missions of Ace Combat 7 so a lot of the terms are vaguely familiar. But damn. If you know a lot about the games, nice. You'll probably be seeing a lot of familiar information. If you don't know anything, nice. You'll be reading everything completely new. If you like science fiction and fantasy, this is going to have you climaxing. Now, if you're a fan of realism and perfect writing, this might ruffle a few feathers. Everything in the story is mostly reasonable, logical, and professional. But there are some criticisms. There is an incredible amount of world-building potential. But seeing just how large some of these chapters are and what they encompass, I don't really blame the author for the lack thereof. There are times I think that Osea are a little too OP, but I then remember they're basically a juiced up United States with a bit more morals, PTSD, and a quintillion dollar budget. The sometimes-rapid-sometimes-slow change in POVs might do it in for some people, but personally I don't mind. Overall, 10/10 one of the best works I've read on Royal Road. Had me redownloading Ace Combat. Muy Bien.
- Le PhucRoyal Road★★★★★ 5.0Osea did nothing wrong! Osea is good! Osea is right! Peak epic fanfic! Laser! Energy shield! Ark bird! Arsenal bird! ADF air craft series! Harling has been kidnapped again! Chapter with an thousand words! But this fanfic need knowledge about og story because op just skip any unnecessary story (you need to know og story your self). But I think op should add some image about story, aircraft, etc to imagine more easier. Thanks for the fanfic!
