Try my new book:The Broken Arcanist [Weak to Strong | Necro | Progression LitRPG]
"Welcome Traveler."It was what Soren first heard when he met an impossibly strange man in a horrendously strange world, where fantasy became reality. Now, stranded in the unknown world, Soren must make use of the discovery that strength is all that matters in this world, and try to get himself back home--That is,Ifhe's able to find his way. But there is always more behind the veil of uncertainty, and Soren must be deathly sure of the decisions he makes. After all, curiosity can kill more than just cats.
[Author: This is the first story I have ever written so have mercy on me. Bear with me please if I make any mistakes. I welcome all sorts of criticism as it will help me improve. Hope you guys like it.]
PS: This story will contain explicit sexual content and profanities. The Mc is not a good guy in this story so don’t expect a nice Mc who will help others regardless of his well-being.
P.P.S: The cover image is not owned by me. I used Adobe Spark to combine and edit some free images.
P.P.P.S: Also posting on Webnovel, Moonquill, Wattpad, and Scribblehub.
Edit: I thought I should add this in here because it seems to be a problem for many people--My inspirations came from mainly chinese webnovels, so my writing style resembled that a lot at start. I just wanted to leave a note here for people who don't like such stuff. I've already improved a lot and changed my style in recent chs, so hope you guys give it a try before dropping prematurely if that's your reason. Furthermore, I will also be editing all the early chs in the near future to make the quality similar to the recent chs.
Current Schedule: 1 ch / week [On Saturdays]. [Will be increasing the release rate once I'm comfortable with this speed].

- DarkAetherRoyal Road★★★★★ 5.0As an avid reader I have read quite a large amount of fantasy and litrpg related series out there but I have to admit that while on the surfice this series might seem the same the mechanics are in a whole other direction and make for learning them a lot more fun since by the time you have read 2 or 3 litrpg series you can pretty much list out the status mechanics by route but Aleth08 managed to make a simple but working system that's pretty fun, plus the mc has got some fun spells to play with (as of ch10, can't wait to see more). Also a personal favorite for me in this series is that a great deal of fantasy story's out there tend to have either the warrior archetype or the warrior/mage build that just pisses me off since there isn't anything new for those fight mechanics (mc goes in, pokes things with a sharp pointy stick, repeat) where as in this series so far the mc is sticking to a primary spell caster focus so far which is pretty awsome.
All in all Thanks for the amazing work Aleth08 and I can't wait for more updates - Winged ThingRoyal Road★★★★★ 5.0Authour I encourage you to keep on going, this novel has potential I haven't seen since Dante's Immortality. You have a great idea and all that's left is to transfer it from mind to page. It will not be easy, it will take time and sweat to continue but if you keep on writing and keep striving to improve, a couple months from now you will have something truly great.
For those that read this review, the novel has POTENTIAL. It's yet to be seen how it all pans out & the beginning needs an editor to prune a lot of it but damn is the story worth reading. It is a hidden gem and if it continues to play to its strengths then it's gunna make WMW and BEM (which this might be based on) look like shadows in comparison. - pizzalad3Royal Road★★★★★ 5.0A really great read. The hero's is weak but determined. Love how the story is progressing. Keep up the good work.
- ThehaRoyal Road★★★★★ 4.5I have caught up to the most recent chapter (29) and must say, things are shaping up to be something great. The pacing is good in my opinion and the power progression is neither slow nor is it fast. The main character isn't shallow and seems to be reacting to his situation in a believable way. To round things off i'll point out how the author actually takes time to describe the environment, even if only briefly, which is a plus in my book.
- DenliRoyal Road★★★★★ 4.5I love the execution of the anti-hero theme. The mc isn't just some crazed pure evil character rather it develops really well and grows with the story so you as the reader can follow and understand.
If someone leaves a bad rating - it's not their cup of tea and we're told but ignored - it isn't the author's fault.
The grammar is great without any glaring or obvious mistakes and the writing enjoyable. I definitely recommend this story.
You can even add it to your "read later" category if you're not convinced as you wouldn't want to miss the awesomeness of reading it.
The only problem is with how erratic the release is. It has potential - kingleo8Royal Road★★★★★ 4.548 chapters are done and I am liking this story more and more. I think the author has done a good job with this but I still see the hidden potential to this.
I have read many reviews saying it is a normal story but I don't understand how normal? The character is something we all can relate to, was there any other story in which we could relate to mc and it(story) was 'normal'?
The story does have its flaws like the antagonist should be more three dimensional than they have been portrayed. Other characters would also benefit from some development. Right now they look just characters of fiction rather than real human beings. (That's why a half star is missing)
The story is excellent, the pace is okayish, I love the MC and the world building is good(there are some exceptions though)
All in all, you should try reading this. - ObekiwiRoyal Road★★★★ 4.0The grammar and flow of the story is not the best in the early chapters, but improves over time. The plot itself I'm good in my opinion. This story doesn't hold its punches and the MC will not win every fight and encounter. The side characters are also decently complex. Overall, I would recommend it, but the author needs to edit the early chapters some time in the future.
- DarthFatassRoyal Road★★★ 2.5Alright so I read to chapter 80ish.
It was a pretty enjoyable read at the start. MC were more or less a good guy with morals, and I was really looking forward to seeing him face misfortunes that would help him develop into someone villainous.
Misfortunes happened, and he was steadily developing towards becoming evil. Only for the author to seemingly get cold feet and make him an antihero instead. There's a "villainous lead" tag so I was anticipating an evil MC, had there ONLY been an antihero tag instead I would've been okay with him being antihero.
The MC despite getting betrayed and lied to, keeps letting people come close to him rather than keeping everyone at arms length. By getting close to him I don't mean he starts trusting them instantly, but rather he let's them close enough that they seem to be able to influence his actions, but at the same time keeps enough distance that he doesn't completely trusts them... if that makes sense?
A big problem I had with the novel is the necromancy aspect of it, I'm a huge necromancy fan so I really liked the idea of necromancy, BUT MCs necromancy is different, where other people need to get corpses and do some sort of ritual i think? The MC can just summon a finished corpse from nothing. It gives the impression that the author was thinking something like "I don't want the MC to be fully evil so I don't want him to go around and kill people for their corpses so I'll just make it so the corpses for his undead come from nowhere".
The res way too many infodumps and theyre overly descriptive which serves to make them even more annoying. I skipped most of them and didn't feel like I was missing anything relevant. - pavan rRoyal Road★★★ 2.5started out excellent similar feel as way of the devil and warlock-of-the-magus-world but due to pressure from royal road community(that Mc isn't suffering from many obstacles), author started changes which are clichéd obstacles and have very predictable consequences.
- Cyclops6SPRoyal Road★★ 2.0Gotta be honest, been with this story since the beginning and I love cold, logical MCs but now it has crossed my bottomline
Spoiler: Spoiler
I know you tried to dress it up as something else but I hate unjustified slavery with a passion. And the MC threatening people who have done no wrong to him or any others as far as we and the MC knows, so he can have henchmen is deplorable. Yes he saved them but he only did so for selfish reasons.
