All Lisa wanted to do was sell the house of the the deceased Mr. Juan Hernandez. But Mr. Hernandez had a secret life as the villain Mister Lizard. Now she has to hire Urban Explorer team, Lair Hunters to help her document the house and make sure there are no surprises for the disclosures.  So of course it can't be simple, of course there is a whole UNDERWATER lair attached to the house, of course they get trapped in it, and of course they are now being hunted by whatever monstrosity the notorious beast slicer has created. The commission on this place better be worth it!
