Description

“So make sure to put on a big show. One that tops your parents.”The known world has been divided into light and darkness by the bright light of the Tree of Luminance. This caused luminescent creatures called Lukiria and creatures that crawl in the shadows called Yamqia to wage war for eons on end.

However, this led to both sides becoming exhausted, so they entered a state of a silent treaty In the year 1200 AL. They aren't at peace but they aren't attacking each other... on the surface at least.

But that never mattered to the Lukiria, Lac'en. He's never planned to fight for his kinsmen anyway. But, unfortunately for him, his parents have been more involved in the war than he could ever imagine and he's about to be dragged down a wormhole of hate. He might survive... who knows? Only fate will tell.

This story occurs in the world of my other novel,Era of Venture. However, the stories will barely overlap.

Chapters will be updated twice a week ranging from 2000 - 3000 words and in some cases, more or less.

So far, there are only 5 chapters so I won't be able to tell how well the story gets in the future. But based off this start, the story will move along well and be able to become a full story. So, I'm giving 5 stars to the start of this novel, not the series, Also, it's worthy because I got emotional over Lac'en.
Loving the characters so far, keep up the good work!

The book is starting off well, however with there only being 5 chapters (4.5 technically) I am incapable of giving a proper review so I will give a 'so far' review and update it later when there are more chapters or the first book is finished.
    Style / Story:
Since the book is so early on right now I cant accurately review this section, but so far the book is doing alright. The motive is set, the story has started at a sprint, only time will tell how it pans out. Will leave at a 4/5 as of now for only one reason: the chapters are rather short. This is my only real complaint so far. The first chapter is somewhat decent, 2600 words, however the next one is around 1700. For future reference i'd recommend around 3k each, unless the chapter practically requires itself to end on a short note.
    Grammar Score:
No real issues for grammar yet, its been reviewed or double checked I believe so its got a 5 star right now.
    Character Score:
this is another style/story issue, as the story is so early on even the Main Character isn't really even a character yet, he's just a name and a motive. I can't really judge him till we get another couple chapters to flesh him out.
Overall I will leave it at 4 stars, but the grammar is perfect and its really too early for me to judge the characters.
So far so good, keep up the good work.
