Overall: Silo is a well-written story with realistic characters and an engaging mystery that makes you want to read it to the end.
Style: The author of this story has a very sophisticated and easy to read writing style. The action is really easy to follow, and the thoughts of the main character are described well. I was always able to understand what was going through the main character's mind and his motivations as he acted throughout the chapters I read.
Grammar: There were no grammatical or spelling errors as far as I could tell.
Story: Silo is an interesting story about an "urban explorer" who stumbles upon strange cult activities and a conspiracy involving the end of the world while breaking into an old, abandoned hotel. The foreboding sense of impending doom regarding a looming solar flare and reports of massively increased numbers of missing person cases makes you want to keep coming back. A slight criticism I have is that the story starts a bit slow. Having read the first four chapters, I feel as though the story is still in the prologue. This is more of a stylistic choice, and a lot of people prefer the slow-burn approach to storytelling, so this is just a small bit of advice.
Character: I really liked the characters. You really get a good look into the main character's thoughts, and the little dialogue there's been so far has been very realistic and engaging. I'm interested in seeing where the characters evolve from here, and I'm sure the main character will fit the Thief archetype well when the RPG elements are later introduced.

Style: The writer maintains a consistent, suspenseful, and mysterious tone that immerses readers in the world of Kai and his friends. The descriptive language paints vivid scenes and captures emotions. The pacing balances tension with quieter moments, engaging readers throughout. It's also very easy to read and didn't have any chunks of text I had difficulty to read, since it flows really well.
Grammar: Grammar is not a point I can write a lot about, as I am not even native-english...but overall, grammar is great. Sentences are well-structured and flow smoothly as I said. Few noticeable mistakes, but they do not detract from readability at all and I forgot about them by the time I'm writing this.
Characters: Characters are well-developed and realistic. Kai is portrayed as a determined and resourceful protagonist, driven by a desire to uncover the truth despite the dangers he faces. His friends support and provide companionship, also adding a lot of depth by interacting with him, making the novel's overall narrative less bland. His father provides conflicting perspectives and it's a very nice and interesting thing to see, and also very relatable personally.
Story: The story blends mystery, suspense, and personal drama, with a gripping exploration of the world that has been built. The pacing keeps readers hooked, with each chapter revealing more layers of the mystery and developing characters.
Overall, the story delivers an engaging, well-crafted narrative that is sure to captivate readers, with its strong characters and atmospheric, suspenseful writing style. Great job!

There is not much for me to say other than it is a good and well-written story. I am personally not a fan of urban settings, but even so, I cannot deny the work that has gone into this story.
The MC is relatable in the fact he is trying to follow his dream, even if this particular dream is a bit illegal, but hey, it's his dream.
The story is very good at what it's trying to accomplish. I enjoyed the slow reveal of what is actually going on. The emotions portrayed and just the overall build-up of the approaching doom as he finds more and more information about this cult business.
The dungeon/lit rpg aspect also looks interesting and makes me curious as to what else it will hold. I don't know why but it really gives me the Fallout Vault vibes where vault tech was used the vaults to conduct experiments on normal folks.
Overall, I would say if you are into this genre that you should totally give this a try!

The author has a very descriptive writing style that helps with immersion. They are very skilled with using this to build suspense within the story. This works very well in the mystery focused early section. There are times where the author chooses to tell more than show, but I don't think this detracts from enjoyability enough to lower style score.
There have been no issues with the grammar from what I have read so far. The sentences are also very easy to comprehend.
The story is fairly fast paced. This is done very well so far. Paying close attention to this story is a must and definitely worth it. Each device presented plays a role in the future of the story. The first 5 chapters lead up brilliantly to the introduction of the powers. There are no major plot holes in the story so far from what I can tell and everything happens for a reason, which is vital for a story with such a mystery focus.
I'm looking forward to seeing Kai fleshed out more as a character. I definitely feel excited to read more about him. Characterization is probably the slowest burning aspect of this story, but that is not enough for me to place the overall story below 5 stars.
This is a story I would heavily recommend.

The narrative immediately draws you in with its immersive and captivating storyline. The incorporation of the detective noir style imbues the narrative with a compelling sense of gravitas and complexity, further enriched by the extensive and apt use of vocabulary. The gradual build-up of the mystery and the vivid descriptions of the strange happenings in the hotel create an incredibly realistic and engrossing atmosphere, akin to watching a documentary. Despite being a slow burn, the tension in the mystery more than compensates for it. I'm really curious to learn more about Kai as a character. I understand that it's still early in the story, so I can see why we haven't delved into his story yet. But from what I have read of him, I appreciate his inquisitive and curious nature. He always seems well-prepared and eager to learn about new things. The world building in this book is truly exceptional, particularly in how the author masterfully presents the elements for readers to unravel and piece together on their own. The little clues are a joy to read, adding more to the immersion.
Although I am waiting for the litrpg potion to kick in the journey there has been absolutely delightful, and I'm thoroughly enjoying every moment of it.

Style: The style is very good. The author has a unique way of writing and great word choice. They also use the literary device of imagery incredibly all. All this results in them getting pretty much the perfect tone for their story. And the tone sets the incredible air of mystery the story has. In short, it is great.
Story: The story is very good too. It is paced at exactly the rate it needs to be. It also develops at the correct rate too. The story itself is a great mystery that is very good at keeping the readers intrigued. There are many questions to be answered and a mysterious hotel that the characters are investigating. The scenes of exploring the hotel are very well written too. So, the story is really good.
Grammar: The story's grammar is really good. There might be some errors that were noticed, but the author likely corrected them by now. So, I have no complaints here.
Character: The characters are very good. They, main and side, are well-depicted, realistic, and three-dimensional. The main characters are all very interesting to follow, and the side characters are interesting to read about too.
Overall, I highly recommend this story.

Having gotten a little past the starting point of the LitRPG portion,  I think this story is off to a really solid start. Kai is a neat main character to follow, and I think will be fun and interesting to continue with.
I didn't expect to like the prologue section all that much, but it turned out to be very interesting and well written. I'd probably even like a series more focused on that part as much as the LitRPG part.
Overall, I think this is off to a fantastic start!

    I’m currently on chapter 24.
Silo has a captivating writing style that builds suspense and intrigue. The author's descriptive skill makes the story immersive and sets a sombre and suspenseful tone, especially in the early mystery-driven chapters. The grammar is really good, making the story easy to read and understand. The fast-paced nature of the story demands attention and rewards readers with plot twists and revelations.
The gradual introduction of elements leading up to the emergence of powers is well done, with (so far) no major plot holes. The characters promise depth and complexity, especially with Kai, who is determined and inquisitive. His interactions with the supporting characters are what makes the story well worth it. Conflicting perspectives, like those presented by Kai's father, make the plot more compelling and offers to explore its themes
The storyline blends mystery, suspense, and personal drama, creating an engaging exploration of the world it inhabits. The pacing keeps readers interested as it is not too short or too long, with intrigue and character development in each chapter.
Overall, "Silo" presents a compelling narrative with well-crafted characters and an atmospheric writing style that captivates readers from start to finish. I would recommend this to fans of the lit-rpg genre.

This novel opens with a mysterious scenario before transitioning into a classic Lit RPG setting, where the protagonist, Kai, must navigate a monster-filled Silo to level up and survive. The narrative is remarkably well-written, with flawless grammar and polished language. However, the repetitive style detracts from the experience.
    --------------
    Story
The story begins with a short mystery before dwelling into the classic Lit RPG where the protagonist has to survive against monsters to raise his levels and hopefully escape the Silo. It incorporates survival elements, where the main character has to use his environment to survive the early challenge of his new predicament.
    Grammar
Stellar. The writing is extremely flourished and yet it is devoid of any noticeable mistake.
    Character
Kai is an accomplished kid, as exposed by the early chapters, who adapts quickly to his new predicament. No whining, crying, or begging (well almost, he's not a robot) which is refreshing in a sea of introverted, socially inept high schoolers.
    Style
This is my sole real issue with the story, it constantly, and annoyingly, repeats itself. I've read the same paragraph about his grandfather's knife enough time to know it by heart. The same description can pop up in two or even three consecutive chapters, to the point I sometime wondered if I wasn't re-reading the same chapter. Honestly, I ended up skipping any paragraph I felt like I read before.
It sometimes feels like, and I may be wrong, entire paragraphs were written by AI. It's not a problem in itself, but reading ten times the same flourish (AI tends to repeat itself on that) kind of annoys me.
    --- Spoilers ---
The first six chapters, before the Silo, have several instances of what I'd call "fast forwards". The story progressive by leaps and bounds as if summarized by an external observer, breaking the pacing. The best example being the end of chapter two where the police arrest Kai. I think that the arrest in itself should have been a c
