Titi & Nate (who has a goiter for a head) run away from their garbage dump home and head to Schmegma City. Soon they are swept up in a revolution orchestrated by the ruthless Rebekkah Earwax, who intends to overthrow Bonertania’s ruler the Ratsack Tremorroid. Our heroes must team up with strange new friends to reclaim the videotape throne and save the entire country, all the while avoiding the evil clutches of the nefarious hoo-hoo Gonorrena!
