Description

Orphans never get a chance they don't make for themselves in the city of Puerto Manada. When you have struggle to just get a little bread to feed yourself, gaining the opportunity to make some silver seems like a dream. For one badgerboy, it turns into a daring journey of adventure as he runs from thieves, assassins, and the authoritarian government while traveling on the high seas and fighting his way through monster filled lairs. Will the orphan fulfill his mission and get his rich reward or will he be caught and face his doom?

First things first, I am likely not the best person to give a review and I have little experience doing so but I think this story deserves to have a review down here.
Personally I enjoy this story a lot. It is well written as far as I can tell, but more importantly it flows well.
The LitRPG Elements are neither too intrusive nor too scarce. When they come up they are easy to understand and they come up often enough to feel a good sense of progression. However do not expect to see status messages every chapter.
The story also already has over 80 chapters and a very stable update schedule both of which are a plus in my eyes.
I also like the main character and many of the side characters, especially now that we have moved to book two where supporting characters stay around more. The main character is not afraid of hard work and his abilities all feel well earned and well within the bounds of the setting. I enjoy his progression and am looking forward to where it might go. There is foreshadowing^^
The setting is fascinating and shows a large world out there to explore, without dipping into tedious exposition. And given the path the main character is on, I can see us exploring a lot of the world.
Alll in all I hope the story continues for a lomg while and I wish all the Best to the authors.
