Description

Synopsis in WIP (same for Tags).

In this world there are people able to wield amazing power, they are called Arcanist. The path to becoming one is not an easy one and there is always a new step to reach.

Our story starts in one of the Tower where Aspirants try to become Arcanists. It's the story of Nikolaï, his struggles, his hopes, his journey ... in a word his life.

A smallWARNINGfrom Ben:

English is not my native language. I'm pretty confident in my ability to read it and understand it but there is a big gap between that and being able to properly write. My grammar being already "not so great" in my own language it makes sense to not expect a flawless one in another one. I'm getting better at it and invite readers to suggest any changes on the matter but if it's a deal-breaker for you you should pass or come back at a later date.Possibly in the future, I will look for someone to help me but if you read those world it's not the case yet.

I'm always afraid to rate the stories I read, mainly because of grammar, and a little laziness. But this one deserves it,
Style : It's similar to WMW in the sense that it's an intelligent protagonist with an advantage that allows you to advance more easily in the wizarding world, but it's much more organic and natural, the advantage is something obtained in a logical way, as opposed to a chip fused in the soul. The difference is logical coherence and a well-made system.
Story: Our protagonist must grope in the dark to find ways to advance and survive in a competitive arcane tower that will undoubtedly extract its secrets, for better or for worse. Arcane experiments are welcome, the logical coherence of the story plus suspension of disbelief works wonders for immersion, at least for me, if you continue this one, or switch to another one, remember: experimenting and training was never boring.
I'm not a fluent English speaker and I find the story readable, can't judge, so 5 stars too.
Character: The main one is great, smart and rational but irrational and inexperienced enough is a human being for now (I love the concept of evolution introduced by the magic system), the secondary characters are well done and have enough personality to be considered credible.
I love his magic system, being one of the strong points, although I don't like the Element of time, as a concept it's Interesting, but diving into it leaves the story particularly confusing and unbalanced, dominant elements (no opponents) In the future, I can see almost the same protagonist trying to climb to 6th position using the element of time, rather than figuring out as the story progresses, eliminating and discarding the advancement versions that are less preferable to him, would be like choosing which course to enter college in rather than a matter of boring multiple choice that only has one correct answer.

I like the story the more it progresses it has an Warlock of the Magud World vibe but has its own magic system that is unique the main character while nervous and doesn't have a feel of an op mc knows what to do well what to do for now keep the chapters coming well i will put this on review i guess

The flow of the story is not to bad but the sentence structure  and grammar mistakes make it hard  to understand  what's going on. From the first chapter there are spelling mistakes and the sentences seem to be disjointed. I would recommend using one of those online editing  services.
