As stated in the title, Savage Awakening is one of my two favorite stories. it is tied with the other one (Primal Hunter by Zogarth)
    Grammar
I have a hard time finding grammatical errors in the story and I am a native English speaker
    Style
I love the style and i will easily get sucked into the book and completely lose track of time (when I have multiple chapters available to read)
    Character
I really like how single-minded, strong-willed, and determined Zane is
    Story
I love how he just goes on doing all this stuff and continually getting stronger and more overpowered
Description Matchiness (how much it matches the description)
it matches the description quite well. If I could add something to the description I would add: "OP MC" (that means that the Main Character Is Overpowered) or Overpowered to More Overpowered
For Your Information (this stuff is a bit unrelated and you can skip it if you want)
Be aware that I typically read somewhere between 3-6 hours A DAY so I go through a Whole Lot Of Books. also I am technically at chapter 346 rather than 326 cause I got the book. This is my first time reviewing a book.

I just finished a major binge of books 1 and 2. I can say for certain that it has been a while since I have truly gone through a binge like this and that was when I first started reading here on royal road and started reading Tunnel Rat. I think I finished all of the chapters at that time somewhere around 200 chapters and I went through them in about a week or two with classes and studying being the main reason I didn’t read it all in a single sitting. So for a story now to bring that same level of excitement and eagerness to read that next chapter and be dying for more I thank you for reminding me of why I love to read. Thank you. 5 Stars all day.

It's just fights. They're really well done, to this author's credit. It's a fast paced series, with the downtime between fights being brief. There's some witty dialogue, though the characterization has yet to really happen. Thus far it's very tropey. The MC is a savant and an imbecile at the same time. There world building thus far has set the stage for the MC to remain a battle maniac all the way to the peak. The magic/dao/system hybrid is pretty well done and allows for a diverse array of powers. If you like fights, this the series for you. If you don't move on, you won't really find much more here.

Just pure fun. The story took some time to find its way, but now it is just honest simple fun.
thanks for the story! I need 50 words to give this this the five stars it deserves. So I will just keep typing until I’ve hit it. Thank you much.

I am, so far, loving this book. I definitely think it could be the next Defiance of The Fall if the author can keep up the writing ( I hope you do btw)
The system is pretty standard and the characters seem well-written but rather shallow, these sorts of things are usually ironed out in the first 100 chapters as far as I know.
Best wishes to the author and I recommend giving this a read if you're a fan of the brutal level grinding

Zane is one of those characters who is incredibly gifted but doesn't really care. All he likes to do is be Reina's boyfriend, grow stronger and smash things. he is an amazing and hilarious character that just doesn't know when to stop. This book is amazing and I would highly recommend.

So I found this story late. I would recommend anybody who finds it before or if they can read it on Kindle do so. Its a great story of a true berserker who grows into a real boy by the end of book 1.  Sorry, if you read the book you'll understand how he was half a person at the first of the book and then only really alive at certain times and then after getting skills it led him to be more rounded ... yet still a berserker.
This is a well written story and when the finishing edits are done this will turn into a diamond in the rough just like our MC.

The style differs enough from a basic lirpg apocalypse to be interesting while having some of the tried and true aspects. The unique aspects really help not stand out.
The story on the other hand is pretty basic. The classic fight bigger monster to get stronger to fight bigger monster with other villians interspersed is always fun and it has just enough intrigue into things going on behind the scene to help keep things interesting. It really makes you want to learn more about why the system happened and what about all the big sects we hear about.
The characters is where it shines however. I love Zane, Reina, Avery, and the new baby hero with all my heart. The warlock is perfectly sleezy and I want to see more from these charecters. Everytime we get a lovey-dovey scene from Zane and Reina it makes me so happy. Their relationship has been played out beautifully, especially Zane's I am a dumb brute but your my favourite person feelings. You really get to taste the socially awkward and sincere feelings.
I have nothing to say about Grammer beyond the fact that it reads very well and I haven't noticed anything.
Overall, this is One of the best system apocalypses stories I have read in a long time and if anything I have said intrests you than you should read it.

I put 5 stars, since I liked the series a lot, but I have to admit that, if I were to judge by the last book, I would probably drop it to 3.5 stars or something similar. Since it's stubbed and probably won't attract anyone but fans from Amazon editions, I could without harm, but I won't, out of respect for the initial books.
It is a good blend of progression fantasy, an irrelevant but funny LitRPG layer, absolutely overpowered MC and hilarious supporting cast ("dadbarian", I see you).
What it lacks in the blend is plot and mystery. As of book 4, we are subjected to an extended - or shall I say, overstretched - training montage, where the cycle of "challenge/brute force/overcome" is repeated ad infinitum, with interludes where the MC meets his former pals (and his girlfriend), and every 15-20 chapter we get a tiny squeeze of plot points dropped, like a tear of water in the middle of the Sahara. I won't go into spoilers, although from the amount of plot, it is hard to make a real spoiler, but that's about it.
By now, the mystery is gone, the plot is glacially slow, and at best, I might come back, binge a 100 chapter in 30minutes to see what happens, then go back to waiting. That's how interesting it had become by book 4.
PS: I also unsubscribed from Patreon, because the same critique applies there. Not enough plot to warrant keeping a subscription active.

TL;DR Zane loves to fight! He will always love to fight! He grows to love other things too!
A quick look at the top reviews kind of shocked me, as a lot of people seem to think the MC is shallow, dense, crude, unthinking, and needlessly violent.
    Yes.
    He is.
This is a feature, not a bug.
One of the very first things we ever learn about Zane is that he doesn't feel things strongly, unless he is fighting.
To him, all life outside of fighting (so far) has been dim, muted, gray, and disappointing.
This is a key character trait, and hopefully will never change.
But as the story progresses, so does he. He grows from the crude bruiser into a crude bruiser who fights to protect what he loves, and fights because he loves to fight.
