Description

It all started as a simple dungeon delve …

Calista Stricthaven is one of the premier Dungeon Delvers in all of Wraath. So when a mysterious hooded figure asks her to investigate a dungeon full of secrets, she can’t resist.

However, shortly after she enters the first hallway, she discovers that while getting into the dungeon was easy, getting out might be … well … complicated.

Surrounded by malevolent dragons, philosophical trolls, mercurial demons, and sexually perverted treasure chests, Calista must face shifting corridors, traps, monsters, betrayals, bad monologues, and serious discussions about the moral value of modern anime, all in order to survive theMorphic Dungeon of the Mad Mage.

Inspiring and creative, you've grown so much and I look forward to what's to come! Keep up the brilliant work :) You never know what's around the corner for our plighted adventurer be it absurd or fortuitous.  Plenty of twists turns and tropes to be insulted by our brave author xD

    It's imaginative.
The way the world is described is in a way for the reader to visualize the world they are creating, and that, to me, is a sign of good storytelling. The scope of the story also seems wide, with the main charachter being revealed to be a delver and even have a guild, so its not just stats and leveling. Not that theres anything particuarly wrong with that, I simply say that to say , this story has depth.
Because of that I'm giving this story 5 stars. Although I do think the style can improve.

The worldbuilding of this story is very well done. The full-dive game, the setting, and the shady company are all set up really well.
And then you find a lot of casual sexism, offensive jokes, concerning negative stereotypes during the inner monologue of every female character, and everyone brushing off the multiple cases of sexual harassment or assault.
There are also issues with the editing, sections where a paragraph or two get duplicated, and even a chapter that appears twice without any changes.
I felt obligated to finish the posted chapters, and while most chapters are overall enjoyable, I would not recommend this novel.
