- Gingerbreadman27Royal Road★★★★★ 5.0I really like the storytelling style and the horror element of the first book, and I also think that the later books really set up for the future, I really want more to come out, but it was all moved to Patreon, and less and less updates as it continues. I want more people to enjoy Michaels story and feel like it isn't nearly complete yet, as he goes up in strength so do his enemies and goals. I really like how he can get by barely by the wire, and the skill and growth that we can see for the characters helps me stay engaged. The characters feel like individuals, not cutout, so please check it out for that if nothing else.

Moved over to patreon due to piracy concerns, WHERE you can free read still, just not as early as the paying people.
This story was one I found back at volume one by sheer accident. And I loved it. Then it dissapeared again. Then poof, Volume 2 electric boogaloo happened. I had been following since. Sadly as mention in the spoiler, they no longer post here. But I feel the story is great enough to warrant the review to help the story succeed.
TL;DR: Hard story to find but great to read. - DrAltRoyal Road★★★★ 4.0I'd like to recommend the completed volumes of this story.
Story is very combat heavy to the point I thought the fight scenes were detrimental to plot progression in later volumes, but if you get hooked on volume one, it isn't a big deal. I read this on kindle unlimited. Michael is a visionary and rational MC.
Want to thank the author for sharing. His experience with this story getting stolen by for profit sites (because it is actually good) has shown me authors should be careful about where they post the works they want to earn money on. Appreciate the lesson. - InnominatusRoyal Road★★★★ 4.0I've read books 1-3 via Amazon Kindle. Next to Mother of Learning, this is my favorite time looper fantasy series. The author is a skilled storyteller, and his books are well written and fun to read with a great magic/RPG progression system.
Unfortunately, the last book was not as good as the first two in my opinion. Maybe the author feels the same, as it seems he has taken a break from the series. I sincerely hope he finds his inspiration again and picks up where he left off! - BullerRoyal Road★★★ 3.0Gotta be fully honest. I am not sure how this was published in the first place. Like, I just do not feel like the quality is anywhere near what's needed to be put off the website. The writing style is... eh. Under average most of the time.
The story itself isn't that great either. Mystical item gets him back in time. Setting might be kinda cool, but there really isn't that much to it other than that. And with characters that I can't bring myself to actually like, I have to give this story 3/5
