A man wakes up in a future changed beyond all recognition. Then, a chapter or more later, wakes up in an alternate one.
A nice serialized exploration of the traveler-to-the-future trope, and all the different ways it comes out. The visions of the future are well thought out takes on the trope, delivering sufficient culture shock without being over-the-top cheesy.
