Remembering a Promise

The country of CANDEMARO, comprised of three (then four) tribes, enters its era of robust academic expeditions in an attempt to understand the events before the Great Tribal War, a war of which the cause is a blur to anyone alive. In the waves of elemental fighters, scheming sorcerers, and persistent warriors attempting to excavate lost history from sites all across the country, Aiden Maris, the Water's Son, from the Encanto tribe and the Unknown Child Mirano Suri, form an extraordinary vow, one that they wish to fulfill upon their return from their personal adventures to discover the truth.
