The Apocalypse has come to Earth. Electricity and chemistry have failed us, the stars have been blotted out from the sky, 6 mind-altering moons orbit the world, and indestructible crystals summon monsters from nothing. Amidst it all, a hapless scientist who first sounded the alarm perishes.

But all is not lost.

Their soul, adrift from most of its memories in life, enters a strange cycle of reincarnation. Every new life is a new chance to grow, to learn, and above all else, to kill monsters. For every time they die, a strange system grants their next incarnation elemental affinities based on the monsters they killed in life. Some incarnations use these gifts wisely. Others squander them. And still others… find brand new pathways forward, not only for themselves, but the shattered world that gave birth to humanity.

But even with all the courage, ingenuity, and strength that these interconnected souls can provide, will that be enough to save the world? Or are we condemned to forever languish in the dark? After all…

The Apocalypse was just beginning.

This is a nice take on the reincarnating with growth genre mixed with post apocalyptic. The progression is nice and the increasing chapter count for each life goes well with the continued complexity and importance of each life. Overall it’s really good and I’m excited for new chapters to come out!

When I stumbled across this I wasn't sure at first I'd like it as typically I only read Gamelit or Litrpg novels, but then I saw the description mentioned lite litrpg elements and I decided to give it a try. I am grateful and excited that I did. This was an incredible and attention grabbing read. I am a lover of the Roguelike genre in any form and the between chapters reminded me of this a lot. I can't wait to read more and this is definitely going among the top of my favorites.

This fiction was really good to read and was fun but I would like for it to be posted more or at the very least being announced to the readers for the author having to storyboard or take some time and not just randomly going on a hiatus or something similar. However I would like to recommend this fiction as it is truly well made and in the few chapters made me want more and more content to see how the world progresses.

I like the consecutive reincarnation idea, in the start it was a bit frustrating only remembering past lives after dying, now things are getting interesting.
Can't complain about the grammar, the characters are interesting beyond just a flushed out personality to progress the story.
I just rope there are some limitations to the green affinity, seems very abusable if one disregards their morals.

Overall interesting and enjoyable story with good pacing. There’s something about having the story span over the course of a world vs a character that scratches a certain itch. I’m loving learning more and more about the different governments and regions are being set up. It reminds me a little bit of CIV.
The only reason this isn’t a 5 star for me is that it the author will occasionally mention that their writing style is not planned out and very much a see where this takes us approach. Which to be fair, has worked great so far and could be an exaggeration, but it does concern me that the story could get lost and end up overly complicated with plot holes. When my favorite part of the story is learning about how different civilization are developing through different perspectives it scares me that some of the intriguing hooks the authors is casting might end up being forgotten or a detriment to the future plot.
