  I love the idea and think that this has made it so there is a future story line and the way you set this up is very impressive. I really like that he is incorporating the powers he gained. If I could reincarnate into a world or place I would definitely choose this one. Please release more chapters and thank you for what you have already written.

  Hi! I'm at chapter 31 and I see a key failure: there is no story going forward. His goal has proven easily achievable
  The MC doesnt struggle with getting his Powers, even "hard fights" are easily overcomed. Rowan is way op and he's just 9 y/o. He might nota have enough of his own chakra/ki but has almost every power possible and power sources (some skills are still to bbe aquired but i have no reason to doubt it'll be as easy as it has).
  With this i mean that once he has everything he will kind of lack a goal (maybe protect his family but at least in my opinion that relationship hasnt been developed enough for us readers to be involved/invested in), and his fights might be worthless (as there is nothing to gain).
  In my humble opinion you Should take it a bit slower. Rowan has no obstacles, not Even travel wise.
  Halt his progress somehow, use your level and ability tropes to put a cap on his Powers, some bottlenecks, idk.

  The main character has the ability to copy biological traits, this is already horribly overpowered in Naruto where every overpowered ability is based on bloodlines, but it would have been mildly interesting.  The problem is that he then adds in random stuff from other shows, which just makes everything stop making any sense and removes any form of possible struggle that might have existed.
