Kara lived the first part of her life entirely unaware she had once been someone else. but, after failling to escape from krypton, the trauma of getting trapped in a ship makes her fully remember her previous life.

Now she must strugle with two sets of memories and make sure her little cousin is gonna be ok, knowing everything the DC universe can throw at her she knows even being a Kryptonian won't be enough.

The world is mostly Young Justice but I won't deal with the team all that much.

MC has the memories of a young guy from our universe but she was trully reincarnated and has lived most of her life as Kara Zor-El without any memories of her previous life. It's best to think of it like an amnesiac who has built a new life suddenly remembering his past memories.

Fellow beings of refined taste, after 37 chapters, there is finally SMUT! Still, Smut will be separated into its own chapter, and can be easily skipped if you don't really want to read it!

This is something that came to me once and just wouldn't leave so I had to write it down, I also have a Danmachi fanfic and a Smut Xover if anybody is interested.

    I love this story, it is my favorite on this site.
    The emotion, fear, pain ,anger, love; YJ side characters good and evil getting a chance to shine; Stakes and consequences serving as a mortal reminder for someone describable as a god among men.
    The only gripe I have (and this is just my preference) is the presence of meta-knowledge, but I can accept it as a necessary evil here.
    Keep up the good work, wordsmith!

    I like the story so far. Not a fan of the gender bender part, for religious reasons, but being stuffed into a different body would mess with most people, so I just ignore it and move on to the applied tropes. Definitely a fan of the "use your noggin" approach, looking forward to seeing Kara's business and espionage endeavors. The story brings in several characters I'm not familiar with, but hasn't gotten bloated yet. Eagerly awaiting more!

    I found this story only a few days ago and I haven't been able to stop binging it. I highly recommend it, the Mc isn't perfect and there are repercussions for her actions. She doesn't fix everything from the original story but her actions have an impact some for the better and some for the worst.

    Nicely written fanfic that focuses on character development, fleshing out the personalities of Supergirl, Batman, Wonder Woman, Superman, etc..  They feel more like real characters (albeit extremely powerful and nice characters).
    The reincarnated aspect is actually treated kind of lightly.  More used as a reason for having future knowledge than anything else.  This lets you focus less on the past and more on the current events events, so this is not a bad thing.

    I simply love this story; the writing's great. I have not really noticed any problems with spelling or grammar, but make sure to keep a lookout for them. The character and world building are amazing, and I love what you've done with your Kara. I can't actually say I have any critique for you as of this moment, and I really do hope you will continue writing this story. I would really love to be able to read more of it.

The author introduces many established characters not yet seen in Young Justice that make the story stand out.     There's another Supergirl reincarnation fic that has the MC becomming bffs with Zod. Icky. This is much better, imo, and it takes place in the Young Justice timeline while also establishing that the greater DC universe still exists. The take is a bit darker since it starts with massive trauma so you better be ready for some feels but, if anything, that just adds to the excellent plot. There's small grammar/punctuation things but the story is still incredibly compelling.
    In this take on Kara Zor-El, the author focuses on the fact that Kara is from a scientific household and she ends up making lots of neat gadgets for herself and the Team. There's also a kitty eventually.
