Description

Being favored by the Heavens is great. But, only for the chosen one.

Immortal Li Muchen, Second Peak Master of the Azure Sky Sect, once lived a life of power and prestige—until fate betrayed him.

His genius disciple, blessed by heaven itself, could turn every calamity into fortune: walking into bandit ambushes, sect wars, and even battles against Disaster Gods, only to emerge stronger each time. But while his disciple always survived, Li Muchen did not.

Now, regressed two hundred years into the past, Li Muchen carries the burden of his failure, the knowledge of countless future opportunities, and a mysterious power stolen from a fallen Disaster God. This time, he won’t simply survive—he will rewrite destiny, reclaim his disciple, and prepare for the coming war with the Disaster gods themselves.

Although it is still early in the story, there are plenty of story threads that point to this book not being a short one. I especially like how the MC is not only a regressor. With regards to the other characters, it is still early in the story and more are still being introduced, but the characters already introduced stand out and point to an interesting future. So far, usage of the regression by the MC (and the memories that come with it) has been fairly normal, but it has been executed well.
Been waiting for more chapters for this, and happy to find it posted on RR!

The main character is a bit too overpowered in the way he's an always scheming one with several plans ahead. But the style is good and the story credible with complexe second characters...
I hope some mishaps for the mc is a little too perfect. And I waiting to see who's the real villain in the shadows...

The cultivation is standard, nothing really new, but it does explore jobs of alchemist, formations, combat, and creation (forge etc ).
I liked the story, and will keep reading. Hope to see more of the Main Character and his disciples.
Regresser and tricky is how i would describe him.

A very enjoyable Wuxia/Xianxia story.  This one is based on an idea of regressed Master.   Someone who is very clever, very tricky; who has plans within plans and takes care of contingencies.
One thing that I enjoy as a reader is finding an MC that is smarter than I am.  An MC who lays traps, lures opponents to a specific place at a specific time, etc.  This is basically what we have in this story.   An MC who uses his knowledge of the past, his knowledge of the enemies, to setup favorable situations.
As far as I am concerned, in its genre (Wuxia/Xianxia) this story is 5-star.

So far I’ve read through 12 chapters and at this point of the story it is enough for me to say that I am interested and my curiosity is piqued.
The characters and the overall flow of the story is smoothly done and I have seen a grammatical error here and there but not enough to really diminish my reading experience.
so far I feel like I’m at the point of the story where it could either lead to something very good or just be another book left behind in the trenches.

Overloaded, this one can be one of my favorites and it's a novel with great potential, so please take this story seriously, plan ahead a long journey for us and be a little bit more committed to it. I think the potential for mystery in the setting of your book is untapped, but I liked what you did in the beginning with the "head". Anyways this sort of story would turn bad if you let lose and have no plan. I saw a lot of writers 2k deep in the novel and they don't know what they should do with the foreshadowing and a too op Mc.
For readers interested, the book is quite good. I didn't give full mark cause it's too early but if you like the genre you would love this.

Easy to read, multiple layers, has the ability to put the reader into tense moments without overdoing it. The only drawback is the language structure is sometimes off, requiring the reader to reread or interpret what the author is saying.
I enjoyed reading the first book and I am really excited for the next book. Well done overloaded.

I've had enough. It's so bad, it's like I'm reading a real Chinese novel. The author have perfectly conveyed the spirit of the novels about cultivators. But unfortunately, they chose the most hackneyed cliches and the most frustrated literary techniques of their Chinese colleagues.
It becomes painful for me to read about how MC once again explains his clever plan and pulls out the Deus out of Machina with a full deck of trump cards.

As I said in the title the story seems to be well thought out, but the first twentyone chapters are all slice of life and sect politics.
The MC is the number 2 after the sect leader, and in one sentence it is mentioned, that he has a golden core, but not what that means for him. Or how he got there. He doesn’t cultivate, the cultivation practice of his students isn’t being described. One of his students has sword qi and it seems that’s a big thing, but she doesn’t do anything with it.
In short, all the „Qi Magic“ that makes Xanxia fun to read is excluded.
Then there is the point that every second chapter has problems with tenses and / or a word is missing / wrong.
