Reborn to a Life of Torture: Peace

An episodic story about a young, strange woman who's taken up residence near an idyllic town called Seyiki and those who seek her abilities, only to come away baffled from the experience. Most of them don't know what's wrong with her, but all of them agree: Tori Akai doesn't fit anything they know how to deal with. Meanwhile, Akai is terrified of the denizens of this world to the point where she would rather live in isolation.

Note: the story is told episodically by people interacting with Akai, and as such, there may not be as many reoccuring characters outside of Akai's past.  This story contains heavy themes of abuse, dubious consent, trauma, physical violence, emotional violence and manipulation, and PTSD.
