It did not disappear completely, because the person did not open his eyes, even though he woke up. But it has lost its depth. It was not so pitch-black and now it was impossible to hide in it. She couldn't hide from the madness that was going on.
Madness...

- SrayanRoyal Road★★★★ 4.0I am starting off a general 4 rating here because I think this story is promising and has not yet had a review. I am writing this fairly early in story compared to my usual reviews and will update after I have read more.
initial review:
Grammar/language: the language use and grammar is good, except for errors with personal pronouns typical of a translated work (objects called "her", which in English is only considered for named ships). But Immersion is maintained for me at least. Some sentences are elaborate, but to a degree that I lost track.
Style - first chapter has some exposition (unavoidable), there is a move to more conversation (as it becomes possible) after transmigration. Mostly solitary for initial chapters which limits options.
The "source world" situation is quite interesting but is not a focus for the story, which quickly moves into the transmigration "world" in chapter two. That's good if you want to move into magic and mystery ASAP (probably most of you who aren't total SF fans prefer this?), the rapid progress maybe is not quite so good if you also like to understand the technology and society that drove the tech developments. I am happy with the "fantasy" style, even though I am more a SciFi than fantasy-RPG fan.
MC: backstory - at an early stage- a young male with problems and a very decisive approach to them. So far not much character development (C2) but if he stays in this pattern he will be a "those who hesitate are lost" type.
Story (SPOILER) MC has a rapidly progressive terminal illness (neurodegenerative) and uses his entire financial resources to "isekai" himself via high tech FIVR (Full Immersion Virtual Reality) into a MMORPG platform. The tech is "high AI" based - not "The Culture" level but requires FULL AI in the story. He dies while "immersed" and when he wakes up he has transmigrated......It is unclear if he knows this will happen or just hoped for it - either way it works for the story.
But there is a surprise when he arrives in "t
