Description
After breaking up with her over bearing boyfriend Bevis agrees to go on a trip with her best friend Chelsea. Stepping out of her comfort zone is not something Bevis does well ... or at all. Would this week ahead be fun or dangerous? Bevis didn't know for the first time in years she had agreed to do something without knowing what it was about. She only hoped she would survive to talk about it afterwards.

- Slightly_MorbidRoyal Road★★★★ 4.0Among the tags for this book is Comedy. I haven't seen anything of that as yet and the most fitting as yet seems to be "Drama" with hints of Romance. A story about people going river rafting and camping.
I understood quite early that this wasn't really a genre for me, but yet I stayed for several chapters more hoping for some reason the genre would change to something better fitting me. Because I liked the writing.
I liked the writing, the dialogue, the descriptions of people trying to cope with am environment they had no experience with since before. I liked the camp guides way of interacting with people, the small problems poking up.
Unfortunately, romantic drama in our ordinary world is not my kind of genre. But I absolutely hope the author will continue to write, as others will appreciate this genre better than me. And who knows, maybe a future book will fit me better?
