- Eugene BlackRoyal Road★★★★★ 5.0Browsed this randomly and got intrigued by the synopsis. Read almost all the chapters and it is pretty fine. Might need a bit more polishing and editing but the story does hold up.
Style: It’s decent but I am disappointed about the horror part. It’s not really scary, just surprising and sometimes shocking. Could use a few other horror elements to show that it is actually a horror or just scrap it entirely and call it a bloody thriller.
Story: The story is pretty easy to follow but also tries to focus on different characters instead of just the mc (which I’m hoping there’s more of. Again, horror is lacking but I do like the thriller part. It presented a new scenario that I haven’t seen in the common thriller yet. I do love stories with gore.
Grammar: Not going to complain much about the grammar since it’s not my first language but I feel like there are some parts that are lacking. Could use a few touching up on the spelling and punctuation as well.
Characters: A good set of characters with unique personalities. As of now, there are a lot of characters and I’m intrigued as to how the author will develop each one of them.
