It’s not smut or some twisted step sibling seduction/romance. It heads in the darker romance direction eventually, but my work doesn’t really have depressing or dark vibe. I want it to be a more light novel or revenge fantasy novel, and it is a story of mutual redemption.

Originally, I didn’t want anyone to miss out on what is actually an extremely good read because the title had them picturing some kind of incest shenanigans or something. Most of my original post below still applies. I still think this is a really good character driven story. It has become quite a bit darker from when I first reviewed. Let’s just say, little brother has made significant progress in growing into his villain shoes and misery is no longer his alone to suffer. But despite all the grim (usually the antithesis of my rainbow, butterflies and OP mc loving heart) and despite the lack of blue boxes or power leveling, this has become the first story I check for updates each day. I really hope more readers find it and give it a try!
Original review: Thankfully, the title and synopsis are misleading.
This is actually a really good story with well developed characters. It’s not smut or some twisted step sibling seduction/romance, at least as of chapter 64. You can see it heading in the darker romance direction eventually, but for now, it’s mostly about a smart, savvy and capable transmigrator setting to rights the mess left by her predecessor. The “psycho brother” is just a really young 11 year old kid with a horribly tragic back story. Seriously, this kid has been through so much awful sh@# in 63 chapters that it would be insane if he wasn’t a bit of psycho. Despite watching him go through all that, though, the story doesn’t really have depressing or dark vibe. It’s more light novel or revenge fantasy feel. Anyway, it’s definitely worth a read imo.

Addicting and well written. Im dropping out here though. I want a HEA and I'm losing hope of ever getting it. I read ahead and see some good things but drama is very prominent. Great book. Give it a go. If you have triggers this book does not give before capter warnings. So be careful there is an entire arc thats very dark.

Flow is ok, mid is not exactly the word, but the only thing keeping you engaged is a morbid curiosity of what will happen.
Do not listen to that curiosity.
The main, and overall most important, flaw of this story are the characters. Apparently, every man in this world is a disciple of Diddy himself. Because every man is either lusting after the FMC, the phyco guy cause he looks so feminine (he's like 11), and either is a deadbeat, gambler, rapist, or human trafficker. Or perhaps you are the main victims father, who is somehow all of the above (victim = jade).
This is a good revenge story if your perfect revenge is stalking and getting them gangraped by debt collectors.
The media we consume can often affect our mental health, and so I BEG if you, to consider what this work will do to your mind.
This story can also be shot up to like 3-4 stars if you simply, y'know, REMOVE the fact that MINORS are getting raped or threatening to BE raped by the 17 million casinos debt collectors.
Additional, there is like, NO world building, which is ok if you are sticking to one culture, but like, it reads like a Western CEO romance, but every Western key word is replaced by its eastern equivalent. I am AWARE this is supposed to be on earth or some shit, but like, it's so low effort. The setting, not the convoluted rape plans. That, need less effort. I'm not even kidding.
Also, I'm decently sure no AI was used in this too, cause it reads human, which is better than the idea that we have AI that is capable of writing this depravity
Just be better, author.
And for any reader, to read this to its end, you need to stomach more rape and phycotic behavior than I can handle.

Title say it all this book is just drama, rape threat, rape flash back, abuse, abuse then rape followed by almost rape, then more rape, this book just changes any time you expect a fist fight between female characters and instead a little later it just come up with some dumb excuse for them to almost be raped or just straight up be raped.
