He possesses potential power greater than his first life, and a Core that might help him succeed where he previously failed. This man is Hiran. The Godbreaker. And he has reincarnated.

I saw this story was lacking reviews and I felt I needed to write my own.  In brief this is a really promising story.  The story so far is a hard sci-fi but with most people able to cultivate in one way or the other.
In short I recommend it to anyone who likes sci-fi and cultivation stories, and if you are only fans of one of the two I'd recommend giving it a try anyway to see if you have the taste for it, but read to at least chapter 12 or 13.
Story:  I'm a big fan of both cultivation and sci-fi stories, so this one fills all of my boxes.  So far both elements are merged together seamlessly where it doesn't feel forced.  I'm definitely looking forward to seeing what happens next.
Grammar: The grammar is near perfect.  While regalcookie has no other history on Royal Road, I have little doubt they are an author or at least a prolific writer.  I have no complains here.
Character: In this review I'm only in chapter 14, and at this point there are only really two characters with any substance.  Both are written very well and it is clear they will major characters for a long time.  One of these characters is very much like an android and treated as a simple robot, while the MC treats her has a real being.  I have wondered why other minor characters did not treat her in the same way despite their professed fondness for her, but maybe that will get explained in more detail later.
Style:  The story does start a little slow, with the first several chapters having a lot of exposition, but the story starts moving on from there.  I'd almost have preferred not being denied some of the info dump, or have it introduced a little more gradually or with more "show me than tell me," but I'll be the first to admit Project Asura has a lot of backstory to get out there.

Warhammer 40k with cultivation, and I’m all for it. I’m excited to see this story develop. It’s very ambitious and has been executed extremely well so far.
I’m not sure why I need 50 words at minimum to praise this novel, but here are words. And here are some more.

No harem, no focus on grim darkness, no focus on LitRPG.
Instead very interesting characters, conversations which do not feel useless, an unconventional power system remotely but firmly based on xianxia cultivation but also seamlessly integrated into the sci-fi world, logically consequential abilities and powers which do feel strong but in no way absurd.
The writing features clear meaning transmission to the reader without a single point for confusion. All needed things feel explained but I didn't feel overwhelmed in any way except by pleasure.
Now this book is one of the only ones present in my favourite list.
The author registered on the day of the first chapter's appearance but this book couldn't be made by a novice but I couldn't find any other books from them.

As the title states, it sets up a pretty interesting story and is well written, but is crazy slow. Like I've read everything available at the time of this review, 400 pages worth, and basically nothing's happened. They've had a few fights that they've encountered here and there as their going to their destination, but outside of world building and detailing characters, the plot hasn't really progressed much if at all. They're still trying to do the same thing that they were trying to do in the first chapters, and they've only barely made it to their first destination in that journey.
Luckily the rest of it mostly makes up for that, but I probably won't be following this one closely.
