Primal Gene (Hiatus)

Once upon a time, the world bore witness to the birth and rise of individuals who possessed abilities of mythical proportions. Tales of their adventures and deeds were passed down onto future generations, celebrating the lives they have led.

Although their bodies had long passed, their spirits were never lost. In the present, there exists an extremely small portion of the population capable of awakening the abilities of those heroic figures from a lost time. Those few who manage to attain their ancestor's powers became known as "Inheritors" and were treated as the incarnation of those legendary beings.

Primal Gene follows the story of Jenyx. A boy whose body possesses the rare condition of being "manaless", and his journey in a world where magic is the norm. His quiet and uneventful life changes forever when a mysterious voice began to call out to him in his dreams.
