I did not have a Popeye fanfic on my bingo card for 2026, but this is one where Popeye starts to make some sense. The antics of Popeye, Bluto and Olive Oyl are classic and yet the dynamic between them is a bit forced - with him being a sailor and all. Popeye decides enough is enough and decides to cut loose through the power of spinach and cheap booze.
